Claims (12)
- 재질이 다른 복수 층의 필름으로 이루어지고 주변의 적어도 일부 영역이 가열 및 가압에 의해 실링되는 이차전지용 파우치에 있어서,상기 일부 영역의 적어도 실링되는 한 쪽의 내면 열접착층에 홈이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 파우치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홈은 점 형태로 혹은 선 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 파우치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홈은 실링되는 양 쪽의 내면에 대응되도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 파우치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홈은 파우치 전체면에 걸쳐 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 파우치.
- 두 개의 서로 다른 극성의 전극이 세퍼레이터로 분리된 상태로 적층되어 이 루어지는 전극 조립체를 2 이상의 복층막으로 형성한 파우치에 내장하여 베어 셀을 형성하는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 파우치의 실링부에는 접착된 양 측 가운데 적어도 일 측에는 홈이 형성되고 상기 홈의 적어도 일부는 열접착층으로 채워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 두 개의 서로 다른 극성의 전극이 세퍼레이터로 분리된 상태로 적층되어 이루어지는 전극 조립체를 2 이상의 복층막으로 형성한 파우치에 내장하여 베어 셀을 형성하는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 파우치의 실링부에는 접착된 양 측 가운데 적어도 일 측에는 열접착층이 두껍게 형성되는 부분이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 열접착층이 두껍게 형성되는 부분은 적어도 하나의 점 형태로 또는 선 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 열접착층이 두껍게 형성되는 부분은 상기 복층막 전체 층에 걸쳐 홈이 형성되고, 상기 열접착층이 상기 홈을 채우는 형태를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 파우치의 실링부에는 접착된 양 측 모두에 열접착층이 두껍게 형성되는 부분이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 열접착층이 두껍게 형성되는 부분은 상기 양 측에 서로 대응되는 위치에 존재하여 열접착층 코어를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 열접착층이 두껍게 형성되는 부분은 다른 부분에 비해 열접착층이 20 내지 100 마이크로 미터 더 두껍게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 복층막은 파우치를 이룬 상태에서 내층인 열접착층은 CPP(Casted Polypropylene), 중간 베리어층은 알미늄층, 외부 보호막은 나일론층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
