Abstract
【解決手段】 正極板32と、セパレータ34と、負極板33とを有する電池部と、前記電池部の各極板からそれぞれ引き出されてなる電極タブ35,36と、前記電池部が挿入される空間が形成され、前記空間の縁に沿って熱融着される密閉面321、332を有するケース310と、前記電極タブの外面を覆い包む電極用絶縁テープ37、38と、を含み、前記電極用絶縁テープは、前記電極タブと共に前記密閉面間に挿入されて熱融着され、一端部が密閉されたケースの外部に突出されて前記密閉面上に配置されてなることを特徴とするパウチ型リチウム二次電池。

Claims (8)
- 正極板と、セパレータと、負極板とを有する電池部と、
前記電池部の各極板からそれぞれ引き出されてなる電極タブと、
前記電池部が挿入される空間が形成され、前記空間の縁に沿って熱融着される密閉面を有するケースと、
前記電極タブの外面を覆い包む電極用絶縁テープと、を含み、
前記電極用絶縁テープは、前記電極タブと共に前記密閉面間に挿入されて熱融着され、一端部が密閉されたケースの外部に突出されて前記密閉面上に配置されてなることを特徴とするパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープに覆い包まれた電極タブは、密閉面の方向へ折り返されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記ケースの外部に突出される前記絶縁テープは、前記電極タブと共に密閉面上に折り返される時、前記密閉面のいずれか一方の先端部に接触する部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープは、電極タブとケースとの電気的絶縁のために、密閉面の先端部で電極タブを覆い包むように形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープは、前記密閉面の外表面上に配置されるように折り返されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープが前記密閉面の方向へ折り返される長さは、密閉面の全体幅に対して5%以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープが折り返される長さは、5ないし90%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープが前記密閉面の方向へ折り返される長さは、前記密閉面の全体幅に対して30ないし50%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
