Description
Claims (6)
- アルミニウムを主成分とする金属から形成されるケースと、
前記ケースに収容され、複数の正極と複数の負極がセパレータを介して積層された積層電極体と、
前記負極及び負極端子を電気的に接続する負極集電体と、
前記正極及び正極端子を電気的に接続する正極集電体と、
前記ケース及び前記積層電極体の間に配置された第1金属板と、
前記ケース及び前記第1金属板の間に配置された絶縁材製のスペーサとを備える二次電池であって、
前記ケースが前記正極に電気的に接続されており、
かつ、前記負極集電体と前記第1金属板とが接触することによって電気的に接続されており、
前記第1金属板が前記積層電極体の一方側に配置される、一方側第1金属板であり、
前記積層電極体の他方側に配置される他方側第1金属板を備え、
前記一方側第1金属板及び前記他方側第1金属板は、前記積層電極体を両側から挟むように、前記負極集電体に接続されており、
前記一方側第1金属板及び前記他方側第1金属板は、それぞれ前記負極集電体に対し前記積層電極体の積層方向に重なった状態で溶接されている、二次電池。 - アルミニウムを主成分とする金属から形成されるケースと、
前記ケースに収容され、複数の正極と複数の負極がセパレータを介して積層された積層電極体と、
前記負極及び負極端子を電気的に接続する負極集電体と、
前記正極及び正極端子を電気的に接続する正極集電体と、
前記ケース及び前記積層電極体の間に配置された第1金属板と、
前記ケース及び前記第1金属板の間に配置された絶縁材製のスペーサとを備える二次電池であって、
前記ケースが前記正極に電気的に接続されるか、または前記第1金属板に絶縁部材を介して配置された第2金属板が前記正極に電気的に接続されており、
かつ、前記負極集電体と前記第1金属板とが接触することによって電気的に接続されており、
前記第1金属板は、前記積層電極体における前記正極端子及び前記負極端子の側において、前記積層電極体の積層方向の全長にわたって跨ぐように配置されている、二次電池。 - アルミニウムを主成分とする金属から形成されるケースと、
前記ケースに収容され、複数の正極と複数の負極がセパレータを介して積層された積層電極体と、
前記負極及び負極端子を電気的に接続する負極集電体と、
前記正極及び正極端子を電気的に接続する正極集電体と、
前記ケース及び前記積層電極体の間に配置された第1金属板と、
前記ケース及び前記第1金属板の間に配置された絶縁材製のスペーサとを備える二次電池であって、
前記ケースが前記正極に電気的に接続されるか、または前記第1金属板に絶縁部材を介して配置された第2金属板が前記正極に電気的に接続されており、
かつ、前記負極集電体と前記第1金属板とが接触することによって電気的に接続されており、
前記正極は、正極芯材上に正極活物質層が形成され、
前記負極は、負極芯材上に負極活物質層が形成され、
前記正極芯材における前記正極活物質層は、前記負極芯材における前記負極活物質層により覆われる大きさであり、
前記第1金属板は、前記正極芯材より大きい、二次電池。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の二次電池において、
前記負極集電体及び前記第1金属板が溶接されている、二次電池。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の二次電池において、
複数の前記負極の端部から延出する負極タブが前記負極集電体上に集合されて溶接されており、
かつ、複数の前記正極の端部から延出する正極タブが前記正極集電体上に集合されて溶接されている、二次電池。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1に記載の二次電池において、
前記スペーサの融点は200℃以下であり、かつ、前記スペーサは熱収縮性を有する、二次電池。
