Description
アルミニウム箔と銅箔の両面に、リチウムを含有する正極活物質と黒鉛を含有する負極活物質をそれぞれ塗布した後、前記アルミニウム箔と銅箔を活物質が塗布されていない電極タブが存在するように切断して、正極板と負極板をそれぞれ製造した。
負極リードの両面の全ての部分をニッケルで電気メッキしたこと以外は、実施例と同様である(結果、前記ニッケルメッキは溶接部位を含む負極リードのセル内部およびセル外部の全ての部位に形成される。)。
前記実施例と比較例でそれぞれ製造された電池に対して抵抗測定実験を行ってその結果を下記表1に示す。本実験では電池セルの出力および抵抗に対する測定方法を用いており、具体的には、電池セルの特性を考慮してSOCを50に合わせ、120Aの直流電流を10秒間流した後、電流が流れる前後の電圧差を測定することで各電極リードの抵抗を計算した。

Claims (7)
- 電極組立体、前記電極組立体を収納する外装材、及び、前記外装材の絶縁のための接着性フィルムを含む二次電池であって、
前記電極組立体は、
分離膜が介在された状態で順に積層された正極及び負極と、
前記正極及び前記負極の各極板から延長した複数の電極タブと、
前記正極の極板から延長した電極タブと電気的に連結された正極リード、及び、前記負極の極板から延長した電極タブと電気的に連結された負極リードと、を含み、
前記正極リード及び前記負極リードは、前記接着性フィルムを基準に前記外装材内に組立体が収納された部分であるセル内部の部位、及び前記接着性フィルムを基準に前記外装材の外側であるセル外部の部位を含み、
前記正極リード及び前記負極リードと前記電極タブは、溶接によって連結され、
前記正極リード及び前記負極リードの少なくとも一方には、前記溶接された部位及び前記接着性フィルムの部位を除いたセル内部の部位及びセル外部の部位の両方に、腐食防止用保護層が形成されていることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記負極リードが銅材質であり、
前記保護層がニッケル材質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記正極リードがアルミニウム材質であり、
前記保護層がニッケル材質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記保護層が、前記正極リード及び前記負極リードの片面または両面に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護層がコーティングまたはメッキにより形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護層の厚さが0.1nm〜500μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池がリチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
