Claims (9)
- 서로 다른 극성의 두 전극 및 상기 두 전극 사이에 위치하는 세퍼레이터를 포함하여 이루어진 전극 적층체가 권취되어 젤리롤 형태로 이루어지는 전극 조립체에서,상기 두 전극에 형성되는 전극 탭이 젤리롤형 전극 조립체의 외주측에 동일한 수준으로 나란히 형성되고,상기 탭이 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 용기와 교차하여 인출되는 부분에는 상기 탭과 상기 용기 사이에 수지 필름이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가진 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체는 본 발명의 이차전지 전극 조립체는 타원형 혹은 트랙형의 젤리롤로 형성되고,상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 용기는 홈이 형성된 하부를 판형 상부가 덮고 홈 주변의 플랜지 부분을 융착하여 밀봉되는 파우치인 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가진 이차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체는 상기 홈에 상기 탭이 위쪽으로 가도록 내장되고,상기 탭은 상기 홈 내부에서 직선 형태로 뻗쳐서 밀봉된 상태의 상기 파우치의 상하부 사이로 외부로 인출됨을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가진 이 차 전지.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체의 상기 탭이 인출되는 쪽의 상단과 상기 홈을 이루는 상기 파우치 하부의 대응되는 측벽은 직접 접촉되어 공간을 남기지 않도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가진 이차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 파우치는 알미늄 금속 포일 외측에 나일론층 내측에 CPP(Casted Polypropylene)을 적층하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가진 이차 전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수지 필름은 상기 파우치의 내층에 비해 금속과의 접착성이 우수한 열접착성 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가진 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 전해질을 겸하는 완전 고체형 폴리머 또는 전해액이 함침되는 겔형 폴리머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가진 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체는 각형 플라스틱 케이스에 수용되고, 상기 탭은 상기 케이스와 플라스틱 캡 어셈블리측의 한 장변 사이에 나란히 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 젤리롤형 전극 조립체를 가진 이차 전지.
