Claims (15)
- 材質の異なる複数層のフィルムからなり、周辺の少なくとも一部の領域が加熱及び加圧によってシーリングされる二次電池用パウチにおいて、
前記一部の領域の少なくともシーリングされる一方の内面の熱接着層に溝が形成され、該熱接着層を加熱加圧によってシーリングした場合に、該熱接着層が前記溝を満たして厚みを有する肉厚部分を形成し、
前記溝は、点状あるいは線状に設けられることを特徴とすることを特徴とする二次電池用パウチ。 - 前記溝は、シーリングされたときに互いに合わさる箇所の両方の内面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用パウチ。
- 前記溝は、パウチ全面に亘って形成されることを特徴とする請求項1のいずれかに記載の二次電池用パウチ。
- 2つの異なる極性の電極がセパレータで分離された状態で積層されてなる電極組立体を、2以上の複層膜で形成したパウチに内蔵してベアセルを形成する二次電池において、
前記パウチのシーリング部には、接着された両方の内面の少なくとも一方に、溝が形成され、加熱加圧によってシーリングした場合に、該シーリング部が前記溝を満たして厚みを有する肉厚部分を形成し、
前記溝は、点状あるいは線状に設けられることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 2つの異なる極性の電極がセパレータで分離された状態で積層されてなる電極組立体を2以上の複層膜で形成したパウチに内蔵し、ベアセルを形成する二次電池において、
前記パウチのシーリング部には、接着された両方の内面の少なくとも一方に熱接着層が厚く形成される肉厚部分があり、
前記熱接着層が厚く形成される肉厚部分は、少なくとも一つの点状または線状に設けられることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記熱接着層が厚く形成される肉厚部分は、前記複層膜の全層に亘って溝が形成され、前記熱接着層が前記溝を満たす形態を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記パウチのシーリング部には、接着された両方の内面に熱接着層が厚く形成される肉厚部分があることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱接着層が厚く形成される肉厚部分は、前記両方に互いに対応する位置に存在して熱接着層コアを形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱接着層が厚く形成される肉厚部分は、他の部分よりも熱接着層が20から100 μm厚く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複層膜は、パウチを成した状態で、内層の熱接着層はCPP(Casted Polypropylene)、中間バリア層はアルミニウム層、外部保護膜はナイロン層からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 二次電池のパウチ型ケースの周辺にあるシーリング部を形成するシーリング装置において、
前記シーリング部に圧力と熱とを加える面を持った上下ダイ面あるいは上下ジグ面が備えられ、前記ダイ面あるいは前記ジグ面のうち少なくとも一つの溝やホールが形成され、加熱加圧によってシーリングした場合に、前記シーリング部が前記溝を満たして厚みを有する肉厚部分を形成し、
前記溝やホールは、点状あるいは線状に設けられることを特徴とするパウチ形成用シーリング装置。 - 前記溝やホールは、前記ダイ面あるいは前記ジグ面の上下対向した内面に互いに対応するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項11のいずれかに記載のパウチ形成用シーリング装置。
- 前記溝の詰められた端部には、外部と連通する連結ホールが形成され、前記溝内部に圧力が増加することを防止するようになされることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のパウチ形成用シーリング装置。
- 前記上下ダイ面あるいは前記上下ジグ面の少なくとも一部に熱を加えるためのヒーター装置が備えられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のパウチ形成用シーリング装置。
- 前記上下ダイ面あるいは前記上下ジグ面が互いに近接して、その間に位置するパウチの周辺部を圧着できるように加圧移送手段を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のパウチ形成用シーリング装置。
