- JIS G 0561 에서 제정하는 강의 담금질성 시험방법에 의한 담금질성이 J 1.5 ㎜ 에서 HRC 64 이상, J 7 ㎜ 에서 HRC 63 내지 66, J 15 ㎜ 에서 HRC 37 내지 50, J 20 ㎜ 에서 HRC 30 내지 45, J 45 ㎜ 에서 HRC 28 내지 38 인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 베어링용 강.
- 화학성분조성이 질량% 로,C : 0.80 % 내지 1.30 %Si : 0.35 초과% 내지 0.80 %Mn : 0.30 % 내지 0.90 %Cr : 0.90 % 내지 1.50 %를 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지고, JIS G 0561 에서 제정하는 강의 담금질성 시험방법에 의한 담금질성이 J 1.5 ㎜ 에서 HRC 64 이상, J 7 ㎜ 에서 HRC 63 내지 66, J 15 ㎜ 에서 HRC 37 내지 50, J 20 ㎜ 에서 HRC 30 내지 45, J 45 ㎜ 에서 HRC 28 내지 38 인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 베어링용 강.
- 화학성분조성이 질량% 로,C : 0.80 % 내지 1.30 %Si : 0.35 초과% 내지 0.80 %Mn : 0.30 % 내지 0.90 %Cr : 0.90 % 내지 1.50 %Mo : 0.25 % 이하 및 Ni : 0.20 % 내지 1.50 % 중 1 종 또는 2 종을 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지고, JIS G 0561 에서 제정하는 강의 담금질성 시험방법에 의한 담금질성이 J 1.5 ㎜ 에서 HRC 64 이상, J 7 ㎜ 에서 HRC 63 내지 66, J 15 ㎜ 에서 HRC 37 내지 50, J 20 ㎜ 에서 HRC 30 내지 45, J 45 ㎜ 에서 HRC 28 내지 38 인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 베어링용 강.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 강중의 불순물 중, S, P, O, Ti 가S : 0.010 % 이하P : 0.020 % 이하O : 0.0010 % 이하Ti : 0.0030 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 베어링용 강.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강을 소재로 하고, 외경 150 ㎜ 이상, 두께 30 ㎜ 이상의 베어링 부품으로서, 담금질 뜨임처리후의 표면경도가 HRC 58 내지 65 이면서 부품중심부의 경도가 HRC 25 내지 45 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내파단성과 전동피로수명특성이 우수한 대형 베어링 부품.
