Claims (12)
- 최소한 하나의 구동 샤프트(drive shaft)와 하나의 출력 샤프트(output shaft) 및 각 샤프트에 배치된 다수의, 액추에이터(actuator)에 의해 결합/해제되는 톱니바퀴를 구비하고 있으며, 또한 출력 샤프트를 차단시키기 위해 액추에이터에 의해 작동되는 주차 브레이크 장치(parking brake device)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 기어 샤프트(gear shaft)에 연결되어 회전하는 주차용 차단 휠(parking ratchet wheel)및 그와 결합되는 차단 폴(ratchet pawl)을 주차 브레이크 장치(parking brake device)로서 사용하며, 이때 차단 폴을 보조 스프링을 통해 차단 휠과 결합되고 해제될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)의 주차 브레이크 장치(parking brake device)는 보조 스프링을 통해 압력을 전달받는 솔리드 클러치(solid clutch)를 통해 작동되며, 상기 클러치는 차량의 구동라인(driving line)에 장착되어 있으며 기어 출력 샤프트(output shaft)와 연결된 구동라인의 출력 부분을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 액추에이터(actuator) 그리고/또는 작동 메커니즘(actuating mechanism)이 스프링을 예압(biasing)할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 스프링이 예압 상태에 있을 경우에도 액추에이터(actuator)가 차량 구동라인(driving line) 그리고/또는 기어박스에서 이동 과정을 실행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 액추에이터(actuator)가 셀프 로킹(self-locking) 상태의 변속 과정을 거쳐서 스프링에 압력을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 액추에이터(actuator) 그리고/또는 작동 메커니즘(actuating mechanism)이 로킹(locking)에 의해서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 액추에이터(actuator) 그리고/또는 작동 메커니즘(actuating mechanism)이 하중 토크(load moment, lifting torque)의 차단에 의해 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 자동 기어박스(automatic gear box) 또는 하중 클러치(load clutch)를 통해 견인력의 차단 없이 변속 가능한 기어박스(gear box) 또는 하이브리드 기어(hybrid gear) 등으로 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 모든 시프트 바(shift bar) 또는 기어 작동 요소들이 중립 위치에 있을 때만 주자 브레이크가 들어간 상태에서의 기어 변속이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 주차 위치에 도달한 이후에 중립 위치에서 기어 변속이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기어박스(gear box)는 주차 위치에 도달한 이후에 전진 또는 후진 위치에서 기어 변속이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 기어박스.
