Description
Claims (8)
- 運転者によるブレーキ操作を伝達する伝達部材が接続され、前記ブレーキ操作に応じて前記伝達部材の移動方向に移動するように構成された第1部材と、
ブレーキ機構の摩擦部材を作動させるブレーキピストンを、前記伝達部材の移動方向とは異なる方向に押圧する押圧部を有する第2部材と、を備え、
前記第1部材は、傾斜面と、前記伝達部材の移動方向に延びて形成された案内溝とを有し、
前記第2部材は、前記傾斜面に当接する当接部を有し、前記第1部材の移動時に前記押圧部が支点を中心に回動するように構成され、
前記案内溝内に配置され、前記第1部材を前記伝達部材の移動方向に案内する第1ローラ部材をさらに備えることを特徴とするパーキングブレーキ装置。 - 前記第2部材は、前記支点から前記押圧部までの距離よりも、前記支点から前記当接部までの距離の方が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパーキングブレーキ装置。
- シリンダ内を摺動するように配置される前記ブレーキピストンをさらに備え、
前記ブレーキピストンは、運転者による所定の制動操作に応じて前記シリンダ内に供給される圧油によっても動作する構成とされることを特徴とする請求項1または2にパーキングブレーキ装置。 - 前記第2部材において、前記支点と前記当接部の間に前記押圧部が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のパーキングブレーキ装置。
- 前記当接部が、前記傾斜面上を転動する第2ローラ部材で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のパーキングブレーキ装置。
- 前記第1部材を初期位置に戻す方向に付勢する付勢部材が、径方向から見て前記ブレーキピストンと重なる位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のパーキングブレーキ装置。
- 前記ブレーキが湿式多板ブレーキであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のパーキングブレーキ装置。
- 前記第2部材の前記押圧部と前記ブレーキピストンの端部は、一方が凸曲面、他方が凹曲面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のパーキングブレーキ装置。
