- 베드(10)와,상기 베드(10) 상에 설치되어, 소재인 롤(W)의 일단을 척(19)으로 보유지지하면서 이 롤(W)에 회전을 부여하는 주축(18)과 함께 소재(W)의 원주방향 인덱싱을 실행하는 인덱스 축(C축)을 가진 주축대(12)와,상기 주축대(12)에 대향해서 상기 베드(10)에 배치되어, 상기 롤(W)의 일단을 자유로이 회전할 수 있게 지지하는 심압대(14)와,상기 롤의 길이방향(Z축)을 이동할 수 있게 상기 베드(10) 상에 설치되도록 하는 새들(26)을 구비한 왕복대(16)와,롤(W)의 길이방향과 직각방향(X축)으로 이동할 수 있게 상기 새들(26) 상에 설치된 테이블(28)과,이 테이블(28) 상에 설치되어, 다이아몬드 비트(36)가 부착된 비트 설치대(33)가 장착되는 선회대(30)를 갖추되,상기 비트 설치대(33)는, 구동원인 서보모터(38)와, 다이아몬드 비트(36)를 보유지지하는 비트 홀더(34)와, 이 비트 홀더(34)의 축을 자유로이 회전할 수 있게 지지하는 베어링(35)과, 상기 비트 홀더(34)의 축에 상기 서보모터(38)의 회전을 감속시켜 전달하는 감속기(37)로 이루어지고서, 상기 롤(W)에 나선 홈(61)을 절삭하기 위해, 상기 다이아몬드 비트(36)의 날 끝의 절삭면(36a)이 나선 홈(61)의 방향과 직각으로 되도록 상기 다이아몬드 비트(36)를 선회시키는 비트 선회축(A축)을 갖는 구조의 정밀 롤 선반에 있어서,상기 비트 설치대(33)가, 상기 선회대(30)에 자유로이 착탈될 수 있게 장착되는 구조로 되어 있고,복수의 다이아몬드 비트(36')와, 플라이 커터(77)를 회전시키는 플라이 커터 스핀들 장치(71)를 구비하고서, 상기 비트 설치대(33)와 교환해서 상기 선회대(30)에 장착되는 다른 형식의 비트 설치대(70)를 갖추어 이루어지되, 상기 플라이 커터 스핀들 장치(71)는 상기 플라이 커터(77)를 X-Z평면 내에서 회전시키고, 상기 다른 형식의 비트 설치대(70)에 설치되어 있는 다이아몬드 비트(36')의 날 끝은 상기 플라이 커터(77)가 회전하는 X-Z평면과 같은 평면 내에 배치되어 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.

- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 선회대(30)는, 상기 다른 형식의 비트 설치대(70)를 선회시켜, 상기 다른 형식의 비트 설치대(70)에 설치되는 다이아몬드 비트(36') 또는 플라이 커터 스핀들 장치(71)의 축회전방향 위치를 인덱스하는 비트 설치대 선회축(B축)을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라이 커터 스핀들 장치(71)는, 플라이 커터(77)를 외주부에 보유지지하는 원판상의 커터 홀더(76)와, 커터 스핀들을 지지하는 공기베어링을 내장하는 본체부(71a)와, 상기 커터 스핀들을 직접 구동하는 서보모터(75)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 롤 선반.
