Description
Claims (12)
- 제어축으로서 롤의 인덱싱축(C축)과, 상기 롤의 축 방향으로 바이트의 위치를 제어하는 Z축을 갖고, C축과 Z축의 동시 2축 위치 제어에 의한 바이트 이동 경로를 직선으로 보간하는 C-Z축 보간 기능을 구비한 NC 롤 선반을 이용하여, 상기 롤의 표면에 소정의 리드각으로 나선 형상으로 홈을 소정의 피치로 가공하고, 상기 롤의 표면에 요철이 소정의 패턴으로 배열된 요철 패턴을 형성하는 롤 표면 가공 방법이며,상기 바이트에 대한 상기 롤의 인덱싱(C축) 및 상기 롤의 축 방향(Z축) 위치의 위치 결정을 행함으로써, 상기 롤의 표면에 대한 상기 바이트의 가공 개시 위치를 설정하는 공정과,상기 리드각에 따른 C-Z축 보간을 행함으로써, 상기 롤을 미리 설정된 속도로 회전시키면서 동시에 상기 바이트를 상기 롤에 대해 상기 롤의 축 방향으로 미리 설정된 속도로 이동시켜, 상기 바이트에 의해 상기 롤의 표면에 상기 홈을 가공하는 공정과,이후 마찬가지로, 다음에 가공하는 홈의 가공 개시 위치의 설정과, C-Z축 보간을 행하면서 홈 가공을 반복하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요철 패턴은, 각뿔 형상의 돌기가 롤 표면에 일정한 패턴으로 배열된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이트 대신에 플라이 커터를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라이 커터에 의해 롤 표면에 축 방향의 홈을 일정한 피치로 가공하는 공정을 또한 거쳐, 요철 패턴을 롤 표면에 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 요철 패턴은, 삼각뿔 형상의 돌기가 롤 표면에 일정한 패턴으로 배열된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이트를 피에조 압전 효과 소자를 이용하여 고속으로 롤 반경 방향으로 전후 이동시키면서, 롤 표면에 요철 패턴을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 요철 패턴은 원형 내지 타원형의 오목부가 롤 표면에 일정한 패턴으로 배열된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 롤은 광학 필름 또는 렌티큘러 시트의 제조에 이용되는 롤 금형인 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제어축으로서 롤의 인덱싱축(C축)과, 상기 롤의 축 방향으로 바이트의 위치를 제어하는 Z축을 갖고, C축과 Z축의 동시 2축 위치 제어에 의한 바이트 이동 경로를 직선으로 보간하는 C-Z축 보간 기능을 갖는 NC 롤 선반을 이용하여, 상기 롤의 표면에 요철이 소정의 패턴으로 배열된 요철 패턴을 형성하는 롤 표면 가공 방법이며,상기 바이트에 대한 상기 롤의 인덱싱(C축) 및 상기 롤의 축 방향(Z축) 위치의 위치 결정을 행함으로써, 상기 롤의 표면에 대한 상기 바이트의 가공 개시 위치를 설정하는 공정과,미리 지령한 속도비가 되도록 C-Z축 보간을 행함으로써, 상기 롤을 미리 설정된 속도로 회전시키면서 동시에 상기 바이트를 상기 롤에 대해 상기 롤의 축 방향으로 미리 설정된 속도로 이동시켜, 상기 바이트에 의해 상기 롤의 표면에 요철 가공하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 베드와,상기 베드 상에 설치되고, 워크인 롤의 일단부를 척으로 보유 지지하면서 상기 롤에 회전을 부여하는 주축과 함께, 워크의 원주 방향의 인덱싱을 행하는 인덱싱축(C축)을 갖는 주축대와,상기 주축대에 대향하여 상기 베드 상에 배치되고, 상기 롤의 일단부를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 심압대와,상기 롤의 길이 방향(Z축)으로 이동 가능하게 상기 베드 상에 설치된 새들과,롤의 길이 방향과 직각인 방향(X축)으로 이동 가능하게 상기 새들 상에 설치된 테이블과,상기 테이블 상에 설치되고, 바이트가 장착된 날붙이대를 갖는 선회대와,상기 롤을 미리 설정된 속도로 회전시키면서 동시에 상기 바이트를 상기 롤에 대해 상기 롤의 축 방향으로 미리 설정된 속도로 이동시킬 때에, 상기 롤의 회전 속도와 바이트의 상대 이동 속도의 소정의 속도비에 따른 C축과 Z축의 동시 2축 위치 제어에 의한 바이트 이동 경로를 직선으로 보간하는 C-Z축 보간을 행하는 C-Z축 보간 수단을 갖는 NC 제어 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 바이트의 퍼냄면의 방향을 위치 결정하는 A축을 설치하고, 상기 A축에 의해 상기 바이트의 퍼냄면을 홈 방향에 대하여 직각으로 하여 홈을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 바이트의 퍼냄면의 방향을 위치 결정하는 A축을 설치하고, 상기 A축에 의해 상기 바이트의 퍼냄면을 홈 방향에 대하여 직각으로 하여 홈을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 표면 가공 장치.
