Claims (7)
- (a) -50℃ 내지 80℃의 계산된 Tg를 갖고, 공중합 펜던트 인산기로서 존재하는 인 0.03% 내지 3% 및 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 비이온성 또는 카복실산 작용성 모노머를 중합단위로서 포함하는, 조성물 고형분 중량% 기준 9 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 수계 폴리머 바인더;(b) 건조중량 기준으로, 조성물 내 충전제 대 폴리머 비가 1:1 내지 10:1이 되도록 하는 양의 충전제; 및(c) 비전단 조건하에 조성물이 200,000 내지 10,000,000 센티포아즈의 브룩필드 점도를 얻기에 충분한 양의 증점제를 포함하고,여기에서 조성물의 체적 고형분이 50 내지 75%이며,조성물을 적어도 2.44 kg/m2의 건조 코팅 중량으로 표면에 도포하고 ASTM E-756 방법에 따라 25℃에서 측정한 복합 손실률이 적어도 0.24인,액체를 이용한 소음 감쇠 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 바인더가 -30℃ 내지 50℃의 계산된 Tg를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체를 이용한 소음 감쇠 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 바인더가 0℃ 내지 30℃의 계산된 Tg를 갖고, 조성물이 1,000,000 내지 3,000,000 센티포아즈의 브룩필드 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체를 이용한 소음 감쇠 조성물.
- (a) -50℃ 내지 60℃의 계산된 Tg를 갖고, 공중합 펜던트 인산기로서 존재하는 인 0.03% 내지 3% 및 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 비이온성 또는 카복실산 작용성 모노머를 중합단위로서 포함하는 제1 공중합체, 및-30℃ 내지 80℃의 계산된 Tg를 갖고, 공중합 펜던트 인산기로서 존재하는 인 0.03% 내지 3% 및 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 비이온성 또는 카복실산 작용성 모노머를 중합단위로서 포함하는 제2 공중합체를 포함하며,여기에서 제1 공중합체와 제2 공중합체 사이의 Tg 차이는 적어도 20℃인,조성물 고형분 중량% 기준 9 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 수계 폴리머 바인더;(b) 건조중량 기준으로, 조성물 내 충전제 대 폴리머 비가 1:1 내지 10:1이 되도록 하는 양의 충전제; 및(c) 비전단 조건하에 조성물이 200,000 내지 10,000,000 센티포아즈의 브룩필드 점도를 얻기에 충분한 양의 증점제를 포함하고,여기에서 조성물의 체적 고형분이 50 내지 75%이며,조성물을 적어도 4.0 kg/m2의 건조 코팅 중량으로 표면에 도포하고 ASTM E-756 방법에 따라 20℃에서 측정한 복합 손실률이 적어도 0.12인,액체를 이용한 소음 감쇠 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제1 공중합체와 제2 공중합체 중 하나는 다른 하나의 존재하에 중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체를 이용한 소음 감쇠 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 바인더가 2개의 폴리머 분산제의 블렌드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체를 이용한 소음 감쇠 조성물.
- (a) -50℃ 내지 80℃의 계산된 Tg를 갖고, 공중합 펜던트 인산기로서 존재하는 인 0.03% 내지 3% 및 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 비이온성 또는 카복실산 작용성 모노머를 중합단위로서 포함하는, 조성물 고형분 중량% 기준 9 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 수계 폴리머 바인더;(b) 건조중량 기준으로, 조성물 내 충전제 대 폴리머 비가 1:1 내지 10:1이 되도록 하는 양의 충전제; 및(c) 비전단 조건하에 조성물이 200,000 내지 10,000,000 센티포아즈의 브룩필드 점도를 얻기에 충분한 양의 증점제를 포함하고,여기에서 조성물의 체적 고형분이 50 내지 75%이며,조성물을 적어도 2.44 kg/m2의 건조 코팅 중량으로 표면에 도포하고 ASTM E-756 방법에 따라 25℃에서 측정한 복합 손실률이 적어도 0.24인,액체를 이용한 소음 감쇠 조성물을 차량의 하나 이상의 부품에 사용하는 것을 포함하는, 자동차의 진동을 감소시키기 위한 방법.
