Claims (15)
- 밸브부의 개폐도를 조절하여 제어된 제어압력유체를 흐르도록 제어실 내의 유량 또는 압력을 제어하는 용량제어밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브부에 설치되어 제 2연통로와 연결되는 용량실과,상기 용량실과 연통하는 밸브공용의 밸브시트를 가지면서 제 1연통로와 연통하는 밸브실,상기 밸브실에 연통하면서 검출연통로와 연통하는 작동실과,상기 작동실 내에 배치되어 상기 검출연통로로부터 흡입압력이 작용가능한 수압면적을 가지는 작동면과,상기 작동면과 일체로 상기 밸브실에 이동되도록 배치되어 상기 밸브시트와 착탈되도록 밸브면을 가지는 밸브몸체와,상기 밸브몸체에 일체이며 수압면을 가지는 개방연결부와,상기 개방연결부의 상기 수압면에 고리 형태로 접합하여 연결됨과 동시에 상기 밸브몸체가 개방할 때 상기 수압면과의 연결을 이탈하는 계합부와,상기 계합부를 일단에 지지함과 동시에 상기 용량실 내에 배치되어 상기 용량실 내의 작동유체압력를 유효 수압면적으로 받아서 상기 밸브몸체를 밀폐하는 방향으로 바이어스(bias)하는 감압장치와,상기 밸브몸체에 연결함과 동시에 플랜져를 가지는 솔레로이드 로드를 상기 밸브몸체의 개폐방향으로 작동시키는 솔레노이드부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개방연결부에는 수압면과 미끄럼이동면을 가지고,상기 계합부에는 상기 수압면에 연결되는 시트면과 상기 미끄럼이동면에 밀접하는 안내면을 가지며,상기 개방연결부의 상기 미끄럼이동면과 상기 계합부의 안내면의 접합면 내측의 상기 개방연결부와 상기 계합부의 사이에 개방실을 가짐과 동시에, 상기 개방실과 상기 작동실에 연통하는 개방통로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 개방연결부의 상기 수압면에 凸부를 가지고 상기 凸부의 단면에 상기 계합부의 시트면과 연결되는 제 2수압면을 가지며,상기 제 2수압면과 상기 시트면과의 접합에 의해 상기 수압면과 상기 시트면의 사이에 상기 개방실을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개방연결부에 수압면을 가지고, 상기 계합부에는 상기 수압면과 유동가능하도록 접합하는 시트면을 가지며,상기 수압면과 상기 시트면의 접합면의 내부에 상기 개방연결부와 상기 계합부의 사이에 개방실을 가짐과 동시에 상기 개방실과 상기 작동실을 연통하는 개방통로를 가지고,상기 수압면과 상기 시트면의 상반 이격과 동시에 상기 개방통로를 차단하는 제 2개폐밸브를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수압면과 상기 시트면의 일측이 테이퍼면으로 형성됨과 동시에 타측이 단면원호상으로 형성되어 접합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 계합부가 상기 감압장치의 베이스부와 분할되어 있으면서 상기 계합부의 분할면이 상기 감압장치의 상기 베이스부 평면분할면과 접합하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 계합부에 상기 개방실과 상기 분할면 내부에 관통하는 개방통로를 가지는 것을 특징으로하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 시트면이 평면으로 형성되어 있으면서 상기 개방연결부의 상기 수압면이 상기 계합부의 상기 시트면과 동일평면에서 밀접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 개방실에 상기 개방연결부와 상기 계합부를 상반하는 방향으로 가압하는 탄성수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브몸체를 가지는 감압로드에 상기 검출연통로와 연통하는 개방통로를 가지면서 밸브몸체가 개방될때 상기 개방통로를 차단하는 제 2개폐밸브의 제 2밸브부를 상기 감압로드에 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감압장치에는 상기 밸브몸체를 개방하는 방향으로 바이어스(bias)되어 있는 탄성수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감압장치의 유효수압면적과, 상기 밸브몸체의 밸브부면의 밸브시트와 접촉하는 실링수압면적을 동일한 면적으로 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감압장치의 유효수압면적과, 상기 밸브몸체의 밸브부면의 밸브시트와 접촉하는 실링수압면적과, 상기 작동면의 수압면적을 동일한 면적으로 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브몸체의 밸브부면의 밸브시트와 접촉하는 실링수압면적과, 상기 작동면의 수압면적을 동일한 면적으로 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개방연결부의 상기 수압면과 상기 작동면의 수압면적을 동일하게 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
