Claims (8)
- 軸方向に移動可能なスプールと、該スプールの該軸方向の一方側に配置され、制御対象に制御圧を供給する制御ポート部と、を有する弁ユニットと、
前記スプールの前記軸方向の他方側に配置されており前記制御圧を励磁電流により変化させるソレノイドコイルと、該ソレノイドコイルを収容するハウジングと、該ハウジング内にあって前記制御ポート部と接続されている受圧室と、前記受圧室の少なくとも一部を画定し前記ソレノイドコイルの励磁電流により前記軸方向に移動する駆動ロッドと、前記受圧室の少なくとも一部を画定し前記駆動ロッドに設けられたプランジャーと、を有する駆動装置と、
を備え、
前記受圧室は、前記プランジャーの軸方向の後側にある第1受圧室と、前記プランジャーの軸方向の前側にある第2受圧室とに区画され、
前記プランジャーは、前記第1受圧室と前記第2受圧室とを接続する接続流路を有する、
電磁比例弁。 - 前記受圧室における前記制御圧を検出する圧力センサを備える請求項1に記載の電磁比例弁。
- 弁本体と、該弁本体の軸方向の一方側に配置される制御ポート部と、該弁本体内に移動可能に収納され、該軸方向の位置により該制御ポート部の制御圧を変化させるスプールと、を有する弁ユニットと、
前記弁ユニットに対して前記制御ポート部の反対側に配置され、励磁電流により前記スプールの前記軸方向の位置を変化させるソレノイドコイルと、該ソレノイドコイルを収納するハウジングと、該ハウジング内であって前記制御ポート部と接続されている受圧室と、前記受圧室の少なくとも一部を画定し前記ソレノイドコイルの励磁電流により前記軸方向に移動する駆動ロッドと、前記受圧室の少なくとも一部を画定し前記駆動ロッドに設けられたプランジャーと、を有する駆動装置と、
を備え、
前記受圧室は、前記プランジャーの軸方向の後側にある第1受圧室と、前記プランジャーの軸方向の前側にある第2受圧室とに区画され、
前記プランジャーは、前記第1受圧室と前記第2受圧室とを接続する接続流路を有する、
電磁比例弁。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記受圧室における前記制御圧を検出する圧力センサを備える請求項3に記載の電磁比例弁。
- 前記圧力センサを覆い、ハウジングに取り付けられる蓋部を備える請求項4に記載の電磁比例弁。
- 弁本体と、該弁本体の軸方向の一方側に配置される制御ポート部と、該弁本体内に移動可能に収納され、該軸方向の位置により該制御ポート部の制御圧を変化させるスプールと、を有する弁ユニットと、
前記弁ユニットに対して前記制御ポート部の反対側に配置され、励磁電流により前記スプールの前記軸方向の位置を変化させるソレノイドコイルと、該ソレノイドコイルを収納するハウジングと、該ハウジング内にあり前記制御ポート部と接続されている受圧室と、前記受圧室の少なくとも一部を画定し前記ソレノイドコイルの励磁電流により前記軸方向に移動する駆動ロッドと、前記受圧室の少なくとも一部を画定し前記駆動ロッドに設けられたプランジャーと、を有する駆動装置と、
前記受圧室における前記制御圧を検出する圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサを覆い、前記ハウジングに取り付けられる蓋部と、
を備え、
前記受圧室は、前記プランジャーの軸方向の後側にある第1受圧室と、前記プランジャーの軸方向の前側にある第2受圧室とに区画され、
前記プランジャーは、前記第1受圧室と前記第2受圧室とを接続する接続流路を有する、
電磁比例弁。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電磁比例弁を備える方向切替弁。
- 請求項7に記載の方向切替弁を備えた建設機械。
