Abstract
Description
図1は、電磁弁10の一例の概略構成を示す側方図である。
次に、電磁弁10の具体的な構成例について説明する。以下に説明する電磁弁10の構成は一例に過ぎず、電磁弁10は他の任意の構成を有することができる。
上述の電磁弁10は、各種の装置(例えば油圧装置)に搭載することが可能である。例えば、方向切換弁が上述の電磁弁10を備えていてもよい。また油圧ショベル等の建設機械やその他の作業機械が、上述の電磁弁10を具備する方向切換弁を備えていてもよい。
図7は、方向切換弁90の一例を示す断面図である。図7に示す方向切換弁90は既知の構造を有しており、例えば特開平08−170353号公報を参考にすることによって、図7に示す方向切換弁90の具体的な構成及び動作を容易に理解することができる。したがって本明細書では、図7に示す方向切換弁90の詳細な説明は省略する。
図8は、油圧ショベル110の典型的な構成例の概略を示す外観図である。油圧ショベル110は、一般に、クローラを具備する下部フレーム144と、下部フレーム144に対して旋回可能に設けられる上部フレーム145と、上部フレーム145に取り付けられるブーム147と、ブーム147に取り付けられるアーム148と、アーム148に取り付けられるバケット149とを備える。アクチュエータとしての油圧シリンダ167、168、169は、ブーム用、アーム用、バケット用の油圧シリンダであり、それぞれブーム147、アーム148及びバケット149を駆動する。旋回モータ146によって上部フレーム145が旋回させられるように、上部フレーム145には旋回モータ146からの回転駆動力が伝達される。また走行モータ151によりクローラが駆動されて油圧ショベル110が走行するように、下部フレーム144のクローラには走行モータ151からの回転駆動力が伝達される。
Claims (13)
- 油圧装置に接続される第1接続ポートを有し、該油圧装置の接続部に固着可能な第1固着部と、
油圧供給源に接続される第2接続ポートを有し、該油圧供給源の接続部に固着可能な第2固着部と、
ソレノイド部に印加する励磁電流により、前記第1接続ポートに直接または間接に接続された流路と前記第2接続ポートに直接または間接に接続された他の流路との合流部の断面積を変える駆動部と、
を備える電磁弁。 - 前記油圧装置が方向切換弁である請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記油圧供給源が油圧ポンプである請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第2接続ポートが前記第1接続ポートと直角をなす請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1固着部は、ネジ構造を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1接続ポートは、取付部の取付面を介して前記駆動部とは反対側に位置している請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1接続ポートは、取付部の取付面に対して前記駆動部と同じ側に位置している請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第2接続ポートは、取付部の取付面に対して前記駆動部と同じ側に位置している請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- タンクに接続される第3接続ポートを有し、該タンクの接続部に固着可能な第3固着部を備える請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第3接続ポートは、取付部の取付面に対して前記駆動部と同じ側に位置している請求項9に記載の電磁弁。
- 油圧装置に接続される第1接続ポートを有し、該油圧装置の接続部に固着可能な第1固着部と、
油圧供給源に接続される第2接続ポートを有し、該油圧供給源の接続部に固着可能な第2固着部と、
タンクに接続される第3接続ポートを有し、該タンクの接続部に固着可能な第3固着部と、
ソレノイド部に印加する励磁電流により、前記第1接続ポートに直接または間接に接続された流路と前記第2接続ポートに直接または間接に接続された他の流路との合流部、及び、前記第1接続ポートに直接または間接に接続された流路と前記第3接続ポートに直接または間接に接続されたさらに他の流路との合流部のうちの少なくとも一方の断面積を変える駆動部と、
を備える電磁弁。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁を備える方向切換弁。
- 請求項12に記載の方向切換弁を備える建設機械。
