Description
制御圧力の流体を通す第1連通路と連通する第1弁室と、第1弁室と連通する弁孔用の第2弁座面を有すると共に吐出圧力の流体を通す第2連通路に連通する第2弁室と、吸入圧力の流体を通す第3連通路に連通すると共に第3弁座面を有する第3弁室と、を有するバルブ本体、
バルブ本体内に配置されて第1弁室と第3連通路に連通する中間連通路を有すると共に第2弁座面と離接して第1弁室と第2弁室とに連通する弁孔を開閉する第2弁部と、第2弁部とは反対に連動開閉すると共に第3弁座面と離接して中間連通路と第3連通路との連通を開閉する第3弁部と、第1弁室に配置されて第2弁部と同方向に連動開閉する第1弁部と、を有する弁体、
第1弁室内に配置されて吸入圧力に応動して伸縮すると共に伸縮する自由端に第1弁部と離接して第1弁室と中間連通路との連通を開閉する弁座部を有する感圧体、
第1弁室内の弁体又は/及び弁座部に有して第1弁室内と中間連通路とに連通可能にする補助連通路、
及びバルブ本体に取り付けられて電流に応じて弁体の各弁を開閉する移動方向へ弁体を作動させるソレノイド部を具備するものである。

つまり、感圧装置22の有効受圧面積Abと、第2弁部面21B1のシール受圧面積Asと第3弁部21Cの受圧面積Ar2を同一又はほぼ同一にすると、容量制御弁1は、第3連通路10から流入する吸入圧力Psのみが弁体21に作用することになり、制御精度が向上する。

Claims (2)
- バルブ部の開弁度に応じて作動制御室内の流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁において、
制御圧力の流体を通す第1連通路と連通する第1弁室と、前記第1弁室と連通する弁孔用の第2弁座面を有すると共に吐出圧力の流体を通す第2連通路に連通する第2弁室と、吸入圧力の流体を通す第3連通路に連通すると共に第3弁座面を有する第3弁室と、を有するバルブ本体、
前記バルブ本体内に配置されて前記第1弁室と前記第3連通路に連通する中間連通路を有すると共に前記第2弁座面と離接して前記第1弁室と前記第2弁室とに連通する弁孔を開閉する第2弁部と、前記第2弁部とは反対に連動開閉すると共に前記第3弁座面と離接して前記中間連通路と第3連通路との連通を開閉する第3弁部と、前記第1弁室に配置されて前記第2弁部と同方向に連動開閉する第1弁部と、を有する弁体、
前記第1弁室内に配置されて吸入圧力に応動して伸縮すると共に伸縮する自由端に前記第1弁部と離接して前記第1弁室と前記中間連通路との連通を開閉する弁座部を有する感圧体、
前記第1弁室内の前記弁体又は/及び前記弁座部に有して前記第1弁室内と前記中間連通路とに連通可能にする補助連通路、
及び前記バルブ本体に取り付けられて電流に応じて前記弁体の各弁を開閉する移動方向へ前記弁体を作動させるソレノイド部を具備することを特徴とする容量制御弁。 - 前記補助連通路は直径を0.8mmから2mmに形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
