Description
バルブ部の弁開度に応じて容量可変型圧縮機の流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁であって、
第1圧力の流体を通す第1連通路、前記第1連通路に隣接配置され第2圧力の流体を通す第2連通路、第3圧力の流体を通す第3連通路、及び、前記第2連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する弁孔に配設される主弁座を有するバルブ本体と、
前記第3連通路側の前記バルブ本体内に配置され周囲の圧力に応動して伸縮する感圧体と、
前記第1連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する中間連通路、前記主弁座と離接し前記弁孔を開閉する主弁部及び前記中間連通路に配設される補助弁部を有する弁体と、
第1ロッドを有する第1プランジャ及び第2ロッドを有する第2プランジャを具備するソレノイドと、を備え、
前記第1ロッドは前記主弁部を開閉し、前記第2ロッドは前記補助弁部を開閉することを特徴とする。
この特徴により、第1ロッドによって開閉される主弁部と、第2ロッドによって開閉される補助弁部は個別に開閉できるので、補助弁部は液冷媒排出開始から液冷媒排出完了まで補助弁部の開度を全開状態に保つことができ、液冷媒を効率良く排出できる。
前記第1プランジャは前記第2プランジャと前記バルブ本体との間に配設されることを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、第1のプランジャを最初に駆動し、第2プランジャを後に駆動することができる。

前記第2付勢部材の付勢力は前記第1付勢部材の付勢力より大きいことを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、電流の大きさに応じて第1プランジャと第2プランジャを個別に駆動することができる。
この特徴によれば、電磁コイルの端部のスペースを利用してプレートを配置できるので、容量制御弁の長さを短くして小形化することができる。
この特徴によれば、第1プランジャを通る磁気回路の磁気抵抗を、第2プランジャを通る磁気回路の磁気抵抗より小さくでき、第2プランジャをほとんど動かすことなく、第1プランジャを駆動することがでる。
この特徴によれば、感圧体を利用して補助弁部の面積を大きくすることができ、液冷媒排出時の抵抗を下げることができる。
この特徴によれば、様々な容量可変型圧縮機に対応することができる。
前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力であり、また、
前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力であることを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、様々な容量可変型圧縮機に対応することができる。
前記主弁部と前記補助弁部とを個別に開閉することを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、主弁部と補助弁部とを個別に開閉して、容量制御弁の機能を選択できる。
前記ソレノイドに供給される電流に応じて前記主弁部と前記補助弁部とを個別に開閉することを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、ソレノイドに供給される電流に応じて主弁部を開閉して容量可変型圧縮機を制御したり、補助弁部のみを開弁して液冷媒を排出できるので、電流に応じて容量制御弁の機能を選択できる。

Claims (11)
- バルブ部の弁開度に応じて容量可変型圧縮機の流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁であって、
第1圧力の流体を通す第1連通路、前記第1連通路に隣接配置され第2圧力の流体を通す第2連通路、第3圧力の流体を通す第3連通路、及び、前記第2連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する弁孔に配設される主弁座を有するバルブ本体と、
前記第3連通路側の前記バルブ本体内に配置され周囲の圧力に応動して伸縮する感圧体と、
前記第1連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する中間連通路、前記主弁座と離接し前記弁孔を開閉する主弁部及び前記中間連通路に配設される補助弁部を有する弁体と、
第1ロッドを有する第1プランジャ及び第2ロッドを有する第2プランジャを具備するソレノイドと、を備え、
前記補助弁部は前記感圧体と離接して前記中間連通路を開閉し、
前記第1ロッドは、前記主弁部を前記主弁座に対して離接させる方向に駆動することで前記主弁部を開閉し、前記第2ロッドは、前記感圧体を前記補助弁部に対して離接させる方向に駆動することで前記補助弁部を開閉することを特徴とする容量制御弁。 - バルブ部の弁開度に応じて容量可変型圧縮機の流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁であって、
第1圧力の流体を通す第1連通路、前記第1連通路に隣接配置され第2圧力の流体を通す第2連通路、第3圧力の流体を通す第3連通路、及び、前記第2連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する弁孔に配設される主弁座を有するバルブ本体と、
前記第3連通路側の前記バルブ本体内に配置され周囲の圧力に応動して伸縮する感圧体と、
前記第1連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する中間連通路、前記主弁座と離接し前記弁孔を開閉する主弁部及び前記中間連通路に配設される補助弁部を有する弁体と、
第1ロッドを有する第1プランジャ及び第2ロッドを有する第2プランジャを具備するソレノイドと、を備え、
前記補助弁部は前記第2ロッドに配設された補助弁座と離接して前記中間連通路を開閉し、
前記第1ロッドは、前記主弁部を前記主弁座に対して離接させる方向に駆動することで前記主弁部を開閉し、前記第2ロッドは、前記補助弁座を前記補助弁部に対して離接させる方向に駆動することで前記補助弁部を開閉することを特徴とする容量制御弁。 - 前記第1プランジャは前記第2プランジャと前記バルブ本体との間に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第2ロッドは前記中間連通路に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記ソレノイドは、プレート、前記第2プランジャと前記バルブ本体の間に配設されるコア、前記プレートと前記コアの間に配設される電磁コイル、前記コアと前記第1プランジャとの間に配設される第1付勢部材、及び、前記第1プランジャと前記第2プランジャとの間に配設される第2付勢部材と、をさらに備え、
前記第2付勢部材の付勢力は前記第1付勢部材の付勢力より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。 - 前記第2プランジャは前記プレートと径方向に対向することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第1プランジャは前記プレートと径方向に対向することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7いずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁を使用して、
前記主弁部と前記補助弁部とを個別に開閉することを特徴とする容量制御弁の制御方法。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁を使用して、
前記ソレノイドに供給される電流に応じて前記主弁部と前記補助弁部とを個別に開閉することを特徴とする容量制御弁の制御方法。
