Claims (4)
- 구동용 기판에, 제1 전극, 발광층을 포함하는 1층 이상의 유기층, 및 제2 전극이 이 순서로 적층된 복수의 유기 전계 발광 소자를 갖고, 상기 발광층에서 발생한 광을 상기 제2 전극측으로부터 취출하는 구동 패널과,밀봉용 기판에 칼라 필터를 구비하는 동시에 상기 구동 패널의 상기 제2 전극측에 대향 배치된 밀봉 패널과,상기 밀봉 패널과 상기 구동 패널 사이에 상기 복수의 유기 전계 발광 소자를 덮도록 설치된 열경화성 수지로 형성된 접착층과,상기 접착층의 주연부 중 적어도 일부에, 상기 구동용 기판과 상기 밀봉용 기판을 서로 접합하도록 설치된 자외선 경화성 수지로 형성된 임시 고정부를 가지고,상기 임시 고정부를 경화시킨 후에, 상기 접착층을 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 패널은 상기 밀봉용 기판에 설치된 반사광 흡수막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반사광 흡수막은 광학 농도가 1 이상의 흑색인 수지막, 또는 박막의 간섭을 이용한 박막 필터에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반사광 흡수막은 상기 밀봉용 기판의 상기 구동 패널측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
