Claims (7)
- 에어백을 구비한 모터 차량(1)에 있어서,에어백 점화 장치(24);상기 차량에 대한 충격을 검출하여, 상기 에어백 점화 장치의 점화를 지시하기 위한 제1제어유닛(22);고전압 전원(6, 8);상기 고전압 전원의 출력을 차단하기 위한 차단부(SMR1-SMR3); 및상기 차단부를 제어하기 위한 제2제어유닛(14)을 포함하되,상기 제1제어유닛은,반도체 충격 센서(46), 및상기 반도체 충격 센서의 출력에 응답하여, 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 신호 및 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 안전 신호를 출력하기 위한 제1제어부(44)를 포함하고;상기 제2제어유닛은, 상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 신호가 출력될 때, 상기 차단부가 상기 고전압 전원의 출력을 즉시 차단하도록 하고, 상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 안전 신호가 출력될 때와 주어진 기준이 충족될 때, 상기 차단부가 상기 고전압 전원의 출력을 차단하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1제어유닛(22)은 상기 반도체 충격 센서에 독립하여 충격을 감지하기 위한 안전 센서(48)를 추가로 포함하고,상기 제1제어유닛(44)은, 상기 안전 센서(48)가 충격을 감지할 때와 상기 반도체 충격 센서(46)의 출력이 주어진 기준을 충족시킬 때, 상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 상기 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반도체 충격 센서에 독립하여, 상기 고전압 전원의 파손을 야기하는 충격을 감지하기 위한 충격 센서(16, 18, 20)를 추가로 포함하고,상기 제2제어유닛(14)은, 상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 상기 안전 신호가 출력될 때와 상기 충격 센서가 충격을 감지할 때, 상기 차단부가 상기 고전압 전원의 출력을 차단하도록 하는 제2제어부(34)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1제어부(44)는 상기 충격 센서(16, 18, 20)에 대응하는 기준을 고려하여 상기 반도체 충격 센서(46)의 출력을 평가하고, 상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 상기 안전 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1제어유닛(22)은 안전 센서(48)를 추가로 포함하고,상기 제1제어부는 상기 반도체 충격 센서(46)의 출력을 수신하여, 상기 출력이 에어백이 터져야 하는 제1기준, 상기 고전압 전원에 관련된 회로가 파손될 것으로 전제하는 제2기준, 및 상기 제1기준이 충족되지 않았지만 소정의 충격이 발생한 것으로 전제하는 제3기준을 만족하는지의 여부를 판정하며,상기 제1제어부는, 상기 출력이 상기 제1기준 또는 상기 제2기준을 만족한다고 판정할 때와 상기 안전 센서가 충격을 감지할 때, 상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 상기 신호를 출력하고, 상기 출력이 상기 제3기준을 만족한다고 판정할 때, 상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 상기 안전 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량.
- 에어백을 구비한 모터 차량(1)에 있어서,고전압 전원(6, 8);상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 신호에 응답하여, 상기 고전압 전원의 출력을 차단하기 위한 차단부(SMR1-SMR3);에어백 점화 장치(24); 및제1제어유닛(22)을 포함하되,상기 제1제어유닛은,상기 차량에 대한 충격을 검출하기 위한 반도체 충격 센서(46),상기 반도체 충격 센서에 독립적으로 충격을 감지하기 위한 안전 센서(48), 및상기 안전 센서가 충격을 감지할 때와 상기 반도체 충격 센서의 출력이 주어진 제1기준을 충족시킬 때, 상기 에어백 점화 장치로 점화 지시를 출력하고, 상기 안전 센서가 충격을 감지할 때와 상기 반도체 충격 센서의 출력이 주어진 제2기준을 충족시킬 때, 상기 고전압 전원을 차단하기 위한 상기 신호를 출력하기 위한 제1제어부(44)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량.
- 에어백을 구비한 모터 차량(1)에 있어서,고전압 전원(6, 8);상기 고전압 전원의 차단을 결정하기 위한 신호에 응답하여, 상기 고전압 전원의 출력을 차단하기 위한 차단부(SMR1-SMR3);에어백 점화 장치(24);제1제어유닛(22);,상기 반도체 충격 센서에 독립적으로 충격을 감지하기 위한 충격 센서(16, 18, 20); 및상기 충격 센서가 충격을 감지할 때와 상기 안전 신호가 출력될 때, 상기 고전압 전원의 차단을 결정하기 위한 상기 신호를 출력하기 위한 제2제어유닛(14)을 포함하되,상기 제1제어유닛(22)은,상기 차량에 대한 충격을 검출하기 위한 반도체 충격 센서(46),상기 반도체 충격 센서에 독립적으로 충격을 감지하기 위한 안전 센서(48), 및상기 안전 센서가 충격을 감지할 때와 상기 반도체 충격 센서의 출력이 주어진 제1기준을 충족시킬 때, 상기 에어백 점화 장치로 점화 지시를 출력하고, 상기 반도체 충격 센서의 출력이 주어진 제2기준을 충족시킬 때, 안전 신호를 출력하기 위한 제1제어부(44)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량.
