Claims (6)
- 車両の衝突判定システムであって、
前記車両は、
第1の衝突センサの出力を監視する第1の制御部を含み、
前記衝突判定システムは、
前記第1の制御部から前記第1の衝突センサの出力に応じた制御信号を第1信号線および前記第1の信号線とは別経路の第2の信号線を介して二重に受信する第2の制御部を備え、
前記第2の制御部は、前記第1、第2の信号線による通信が共に不成立である場合には前記車両に衝突が発生したと判断する、衝突判定システム。 - 前記第2の制御部は、前記第1の信号線で前記制御信号を伝達できない場合には、前記第2の信号線によって伝達された前記制御信号に応じて前記車両に対する衝突発生の有無を判断する、請求項1に記載の衝突判定システム。
- 前記車両は、
電源と、
車両負荷と、
前記電源と前記車両負荷を結ぶ経路を前記第2の制御部の出力に応じて接続する接続部とをさらに含み、
前記第2の制御部は、前記車両に衝突が発生したと判断したときには、前記接続部に前記経路を遮断させる、請求項1または2に記載の衝突判定システム。 - 前記第1の制御部は、前記車両の第1の空間に配置され、
前記第2の制御部は、前記車両において前記第1の空間とは仕切り壁で仕切られた第2の空間に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の衝突判定システム。 - 前記第1の空間は、乗員室であり、
前記第2の空間は、エンジン室である、請求項4に記載の衝突判定システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の衝突判定システムを搭載する車両。
