Claims (4)
- 티탄산 바륨을 포함하는 주성분(主成分)과, 산화 마그네슘(Mg0), 산화 칼슘(CaO), 산화 바륨(BaO) 및 산화 스트론튬(SrO)으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 제1 부성분(副成分)과, 산화 실리콘을 주성분으로서 함유하는 제2 부성분과, 산화 바나듐(V2O5), 산화 몰리브덴(MoO3) 및 산화 텅스텐(WO3)으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 제3 부성분과, R1의 산화물(단, R1은 Sc, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종)로 이루어지는 제4 부성분과, CaZrO3 또는 CaO+ZrO2로 이루어지는 제5 부성분과, R2 산화물(단, R2는 Y, Dy, Ho, Tb, Gd 및 Eu로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종)로 이루어지는 제6 부성분을 가지며, 상기 티탄산 바륨 100 몰에 대한 상기 각 부성분의 비율이, 제1 부성분: 0.1∼3 몰, 제2 부성분: 2∼10 몰, 제3 부성분: 0.01∼0.5 몰, 제4 부성분: 0.5∼7 몰(단, 제4 부성분의 몰수는 R1 단독으로의 비율임), 제5 부성분: 0을 초과하고 5 몰 이하, 제6 부성분: 0을 초과하고 9 몰 이하인 유전체 자기 조성물(誘電體磁器組成物)의 결정 입자(結晶粒子)로 구성된 소결체(燒結體)로 이루어지는 유전체층과, 내부 전극층이 교대로 적층된 적층체를 가지는 적층형 세라믹 콘덴서로서,상기 유전체층을 구성하는 상기 결정 입자의 평균 입경(粒徑)이 0.2㎛ 이상 0.55㎛ 이하이며,상기 유전체층을 구성하는 상기 결정 입자의 최대 입경(D100)과 평균 입경(D50)의 차이(D100-D50)가 0.4㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서,산화 망간(MnO) 또는 산화 크롬(Cr2O3)으로 이루어지는 제7 부성분을 추가로 함유하고, 상기 티탄산 바륨 100 몰에 대한 제7 부성분의 비율이 0.01∼0.5 몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 유전체층을 구성하는 상기 결정 입자의 평균 입경이 0.2㎛ 이상 0.35㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 세라믹 콘덴서.
