Description
本発明の積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法に特に限定はない。例えば、従来の積層セラミックコンデンサと同様に、ペーストを用いた通常の印刷法やシート法によりグリーンチップを作製し、これを焼成した後、外部電極を印刷又は転写して焼成することにより製造される。以下、積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法について具体的に説明する。

Claims (13)
- 主成分がBi、Na、Sr、LnおよびTiを含み、前記LnがLa、Yb、Gd、Dy、NdおよびSmから選ばれる少なくともいずれか1種であるペロブスカイト型化合物であって、平均結晶粒径が0.1μm以上1μm以下であり、
前記主成分に含まれるTi100モル部に対し、副成分として、LiおよびKからなる群のうち少なくとも1種を5モル部以上18モル部以下含有することを特徴とする誘電体組成物。 - 前記主成分が(BiaNabSrcLnd)TiO3で表され、
a、b、cおよびdは、それぞれ、0<a<0.50、0<b<0.50、0<c≦0.80、0<d≦0.20および0.90≦a+b+c+d≦1.05を満たす請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。 - 前記主成分に含まれるTi100モル部に対し、副成分として、Cu、Mn、Zn、MgおよびCoからなる群のうち少なくとも1種を0.2モル部以上1モル部以下含有する請求項1または2に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物を備える誘電体素子。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物からなる誘電体層を備える電子部品。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物からなる誘電体層と内部電極層とを交互に積層されてなる積層部分を有する積層電子部品。
- 前記内部電極層は、実質的に電極として作用する貴金属または卑金属の導電材から構成される請求項6に記載の積層電子部品。
- 前記貴金属または卑金属の導電材は、CuまたはCu合金を含む請求項7に記載の積層電子部品。
- 金属からなる外部電極を備える請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の積層電子部品。
- 前記外部電極は、Ni、Pd、Ag、Au、Cu、Pt、Rh、RuおよびIrから選択される1種類の金属または2種類以上の金属の合金からなる請求項9に記載の積層電子部品。
- 積層セラミックコンデンサを形成する請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の積層電子部品。
- まず、誘電体セラミック層を作製するための出発原料として、主成分の原料粉末および副成分の原料粉末を用意し、
それとともに、導電材料の粉末として、Ag粉末、Ag−Pd合金粉末、あるいはCu粉末を有機ビヒクルと混練し、Ag、Ag−Pd合金、あるいはCuの各種内部電極層用ペーストを作製し、
続いて、誘電体層用ペーストをシート成形法によりシート状に成形し、厚み10μmのセラミックグリーンシートが得られ、
前記セラミックグリーンシート上に前記内部電極層用ペーストをスクリーン印刷により塗布し、内部電極層を印刷する工程が続き、
前記内部電極層を印刷した前記セラミックグリーンシートを積層後、4.5×4.3×1.0mmの角状に切断することにより積層体グリーンチップを作製し、
前記各積層体グリーンチップに対して300℃〜500℃で脱バインダを行い、有機成分を300ppm程度まで除去し、
前記脱バインダ後、850℃〜1100℃の大気または還元雰囲気にて前記積層体グリーンチップを焼成し、
前記焼成後、内部電極の露出面を研磨し、AgまたはCuを導電材料とする外部電極用ペーストを塗布し、積層セラミックコンデンサを得る工程を有し、
前記主成分がBi、Na、Sr、LnおよびTiを含み、
前記Lnは、La、Yb、Gd、Dy、NdおよびSmから選ばれる少なくともいずれか1種であり、
前記主成分に含まれるTi100モル部に対し、副成分として、LiおよびKからなる群のうち少なくとも1種を5モル部以上18モル部以下含有する積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法。 - 前記内部電極および外部電極が銅から形成される請求項12に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサの製造方法。
