Claims (15)
- 친수성 무기물 입자 표면에 상기 친수성 무기물 입자의 1/500~1/10의 입경을 가지는 카본블랙 입자가 매립된 하이브리드 입자를 포함하는 친수성 무기물 결집체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 무기물은 지르코늄 디옥사이드, 티타늄 디옥사이드, 실리콘 디옥사이드 및 알루미늄 옥사이드로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 물질 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 친수성 무기물 결집체.
- 삭제
- 친수성 무기물 입자의 표면에서 카본블랙 입자에 물리적 힘을 가하여 상기 친수성 무기물 입자 표면에 카본블랙 입자가 매립된 하이브리드 입자를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 친수성 무기물 결집체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 무기물 입자 및 카본블랙 입자를 입자 하이브리드 방법으로 처리해 상기 친수성 무기물 입자 표면에 카본블랙 입자가 매립된 하이브리드 입자를 제조하는 친수성 무기물 결집체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 무기물은 지르코늄 디옥사이드, 티타늄 디옥사이드, 실리콘 디옥사이드 및 알루미늄 옥사이드로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 물질 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 친수성 무기물 결집체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 카본블랙 입자는 상기 친수성 무기물 입자의 1/500 ~ 1/10의 입경을 가지고 있는 친수성 무기물 결집체의 제조 방법.
- 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 수지 바인더와, 전도성 필러와, 제 1 항에 의한 친수성 무기물 결집체를 포함하는 친수성 복합재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 바인더의 1 ~ 45 중량%와, 상기 전도성 필러의 50 ~ 98 중량%와, 상기 친수성 무기물 결집체의 0.5 ~ 45 중량%를 포함하는 친수성 복합재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리비닐리덴 플로라이드, 폴리카보네이트, 나일론, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리페닐렌 설파이드로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 물질 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 열경화성 수지는 에폭시계 수지 또는 페놀계 수지를 포함하는 친수성 복합재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 필러는 카본블랙, 카본섬유, 탄소나노튜브 및 그라파이트로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 탄소계 물질 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 친수성 복합재.
- 제 8 항에 의한 친수성 복합재로 제조되는 연료 전지용 바이폴라 플레이트.
- 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 수지 기재와, 상기 수지 기재 내에 분산되어 있는 전도성 필러와, 상기 수지 기재 내에 분산되어 있는 제 1 항에 의한 친수성 무기물 결집체를 포함하는 연료 전지용 바이폴라 플레이트.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리비닐리덴 플로라이드, 폴리카보네이트, 나일론, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리페닐렌 설파이드로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 물질 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 열경화성 수지는 에폭시계 수지 또는 페놀계 수지를 포함하는 연료 전지용 바이폴라 플레이트.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 필러는 카본블랙, 카본섬유, 탄소나노튜브 및 그라파이트로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 탄소계 물질 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 연료 전지용 바이폴라 플레이트.
