Claims (4)
- 산형 이온 교환수지를 촉매로 하여 페놀과 아세톤을 반응시키고, 이 반응 혼합물을 감압 증류시켜 증류탑의 탑저 유분으로부터 비스페놀 A를 회수하는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법으로서,반응기에 충전된 산형 이온 교환수지를 반응에 사용하기 전에 페놀로 세정하는 단계, 및이 세정 단계에 사용한 페놀 용액을 증류탑의 탑정 유분과 함께 증류 처리하여 산성 물질이 제거된 페놀을 회수하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,산형 이온 교환수지로서 설폰산형 양이온 교환수지를 사용하는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,알킬머캅탄을 산형 이온 교환수지의 조촉매로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,페놀과 아세톤의 반응이 고정상 연속 반응 또는 회분식 반응임을 특징으로 하는 비 스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
