Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DEBISFENOL A". é proporcionado um processo para a produção debisfenol A exibindo um matiz estável sem coloração não desejadamesmo quando tratado em uma temperatura elevada. No processopara a produção do bisfenol A através da reação de acetona comfenol na presença de uma resina de troca de íon do tipo de ácidocomo um catalisador, e em seguida submissão da mistura dereação a uma destilação sob pressão reduzida para a recuperaçãodo bisfenol A, a partir de uma fração descarregada de um fundo deuma coluna de destilação, o referido processo compreende: lavar areferida resina de troca de íon do tipo de ácido carregada em umreator com fenol antes de ser usada na reação; e destilar umasolução de fenol obtida depois da lavagem em conjunto com umafração obtida da parte superior da coluna de destilação para arecuperação do fenol.
