Claims (5)
- 범용 엔진(E)에 부착되는 연료 탱크(T)의 급유구(11) 주변부에, 연료 탱크(T)내부에서 발생한 증발 연료를 흡착하는 연료 흡착제(32)를 수용한 캐니스터(N)를 부착한 범용 엔진용 연료 탱크의 증발 연료 처리 장치에 있어서,연료 탱크(T)의 급유구(11)에 장착되는 탱크 캡(C)에, 탱크 캡(C)을 장착한 상태에서, 내측단이 연료 탱크(T) 안으로 개구되고, 외측단이 대기로 개구되는 에어 벤트(39)를 마련하는 동시에, 이 에어 벤트(39)에 캐니스터(N)를 접속하고, 이 캐니스터(N) 및 에어 벤트(39)를 통해 연료 탱크(T) 안을 대기에 개방하며, 연료탱크의 호흡 작용에 의하여 캐니스터(N) 안의 연료 흡착제에의 증발 연료의 흡착과 연료 흡착제로부터의 연료의 이탈 및 이 연료의 연료 탱크(T) 안으로의 복귀를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 범용 엔진용 연료 탱크의 증발 연료 처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 급유구(11)에 삽입되어 걸리는 바닥이 있는 원통부(15a) 및 이 바닥이 있는 원통부(15a)의 상단으로부터 반경 방향으로 연장되어 급유구(11) 주변의 연료 탱크(T)에 긴밀하게 접촉되는 플랜지부(15b)를 구비하는 내측 캡(15)과, 그 플랜지부(15b)의 외주에 끼워 맞춰쳐 고착되는 외측 캡(16)으로 탱크 캡(C)을 구성하고, 내측 캡(15) 및 외측 캡(16) 사이에 탱크 캡(C)의 종단면 형상에 대응한 T자형 단면의 캐니스터(N)를 설치하여 탱크 캡(C) 안을 연료 탱크(T) 안으로 이어지는 제1 벤트실(37)과 대기로 이어지는 제2 벤트실(38)로 구획하며, 이들 제1 벤트실(37) 및 제2 벤트실(38)로 각각 연통하는 제1 관통 구멍(41) 및 제2 관통 구멍(42)을 캐니스터(N)에 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 범용 엔진용 연료 탱크의 증발 연료 처리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캐니스터(N)의 제1 관통 구멍(41)을 제1 벤트실(37)의 상부로 개구되도록 배치하는 동시에, 제1 및 제2 관통 구멍(41, 42) 사이를 이격시키는 격벽(45)을 캐니스터(N) 안에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 범용 엔진용 연료 탱크의 증발 연료 처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 탱크(T)의 내벽에 캐니스터(N)를 급유구(11)에 근접시켜 부착하고, 이 캐니스터(N)에 연료 탱크(T) 안으로 개구되는 제1 관통 구멍(41)과, 급유구(11)에 장착되는 탱크 캡(C) 안의 에어 벤트(39)로 이어지는 제2 관통 구멍(42)을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 범용 엔진용 연료 탱크의 증발 연료 처리 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 캐니스터(N)를 급유구(11)에 장착되는 탱크 캡(C)의 외주면에 끼워 맞춰지도록 환상으로 구성하고, 이 캐니스터(N)의 위쪽에 탱크 캡(C)을 에워싸서 제2 관통 구멍(42) 및 탱크 캡(C)의 에어 벤트(39) 사이를 연통하는 환상실(52)이 구획되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 범용 엔진용 연료 탱크의 증발 연료 처리 장치.
