Claims (14)
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경화촉진제(C)는, 융점190℃이상의 이미다졸화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 에폭시수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에폭시수지(A)는, 1분자내에 1개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 에폭시수지에 미리 10-(2,5-디히드록시페닐)-10H-옥사포스페난스렌=10-옥시드를 반응시켜 이루어지는 인함유 에폭시수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 에폭시수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 인함유 에폭시수지는, 인함유량이 1∼5 질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 에폭시수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경화제(B)는, 10-(2,5-디히드록시페닐)-10H-옥사포스페난스렌=10-옥시드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 에폭시수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,더욱이 (D)평균입자직경이 5㎛ 이하인 무기충진재 및 유기충진재로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 충진재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 에폭시수지 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 충진재의 함유량이, 조성물의 고형분에 대하여 40질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 에폭시수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,열경화성 에폭시수지조성물이 1액화한 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 에폭시수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열경화성 에폭시조성물을 지지필름상에 도포건조하고, 필름화하여 이루어지는 성형체.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열경화성 에폭시조성물을 지지동박상에 도포건조하고, 수지부착 동박으로서 이루어지는 성형체.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열경화성 에폭시조성물을 사용하여 제작한 다층 프린트 배선판.
- 제 10 항에 기재된 성형체를 사용하여 제작한 다층 프린트 배선판.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 성형체를 사용하여 제작한 다층 프린트 배선판.
