Claims (9)
- 서로 대향하여 배치된 제1 및 제2 기판 사이에 액정을 봉입하여 이루어지고,상기 제1 기판에는 화소마다 형성된 복수의 화소 전극 및 상기 액정의 배향을 제어하는 제1 배향분할수단이 배치되고,상기 제2 기판에는 상기 복수의 화소 전극에 대향하는 대향 전극이 형성되는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 제1 기판에는, 상기 제1 배향분할수단을 따라 중첩하는 차광성의 막이 배치되고,상기 차광성의 막은 화소 외에서 굴곡하고, 화소 내에서는 굴곡하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 서로 대향하여 배치된 제1 및 제2 기판 사이에 액정을 봉입하여 이루어지고,상기 제1 기판에는 화소마다 형성된 복수의 화소 전극이 배치되고,상기 제2 기판에는 상기 액정의 배향을 제어하는 제2 배향분할수단이 설치된 상기 복수의 화소 전극에 대향하는 대향 전극이 형성되는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 제1 기판에는, 상기 제2 배향분할수단을 따라 중첩하는 차광성의 막이 배치되고,상기 차광성의 막은 화소 외에서 굴곡하고, 화소 내에서는 굴곡하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 서로 대향하여 배치된 제1 및 제2 기판 사이에 액정을 봉입하여 이루어지고,상기 제1 기판에는 화소마다 형성된 복수의 화소 전극 및 상기 액정의 배향을 제어하는 제1 배향분할수단이 배치되고,상기 제2 기판에는 상기 복수의 화소 전극에 대향하는 대향 전극이 형성되는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 제1 기판에는, 상기 제1 배향분할수단을 따라 중첩하는 차광성의 막이 배치되고,상기 차광성의 막은 상기 화소를 횡단하여 일단 상기 화소 밖으로 나간 후, 굴곡하여 다시 상기 화소 내로 들어와, 상기 화소를 재차 횡단하여 상기 화소 밖으로 나가며, 화소 내에서는 굴곡하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.

- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 차광성의 막은 상기 드레인 신호선인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 차광성의 막은 상기 게이트 신호선인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액정표시장치는, 상기 화소 전극과 상기 대향 전극이 형성하는 액정용량과 병렬로 접속된 보조 용량을 형성하는 보조용량전극을 더 구비하고,상기 차광성의 막은 상기 보조용량전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배향분할수단은 배향제어경사부인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배향분할수단은 배향제어창인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
