Claims (12)
- 홈과 랜드(land)가 형성된 기판과,상기 기판 상에 적층된 자성막과,상기 홈 상의 상기 자성막 상에 평활화 처리에 의해 상기 기판의 랜드보다 높고, 상기 자성막과 대략 동일한 높이까지 퇴적된 비자성막을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비자성막은 상기 자성막보다도 융점이 낮은 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 비자성막은 Te 또는 Te를 주성분으로 하며 C, Se, S 중의 어느 하나를 함유하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,최상면에서의 홈과 랜드의 단차가 5㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 홈 및 랜드가 형성된 기판 상에 자성막을 적층시키는 공정과,상기 자성막 상에 비자성막을 적층시키는 공정과,상기 비자성막을 그 비자성막의 융점 이상으로 가열하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 비자성막을 (홈 폭/랜드 폭) × 홈 깊이로 표현되는 두께로 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 비자성막으로서, 상기 자성막보다도 융점이 낮은 재료를 그 자성막 상에 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 비자성막을 레이저 광으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 비자성막으로서, Te 또는 Te를 주성분으로 하며 C, Se, S 중의 어느 하나를 함유하는 화합물인 재료를 상기 자성막 상에 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법.
- 홈과 랜드가 형성된 기판과, 상기 기판 상에 적층된 자성막과, 상기 홈 상의 상기 자성막 상에 평활화 처리에 의해 상기 기판의 랜드보다 높고 상기 랜드 상의 상기 자성막과 대략 동일한 높이까지 퇴적된 비자성막을 포함하여 이루어진 자기 디스크와,상기 자기 디스크를 회전시키는 스핀들 모터와,상기 자기 디스크에 대하여 데이터의 판독 또는 기록을 행하는 헤드와,상기 헤드를 상기 자기 디스크의 반경방향으로 이동시키는 액추에이터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 디스크 장치.
