Description
Claims (3)
- 基板の表面で磁性層の表面にレジスト膜を形成する工程と、溝の周囲で平坦面に交互に磁性体および非磁性体を配置する金型を磁性層の表面に接触させて、レジスト膜に型押しを施す工程と、金型の接触を維持しつつレジスト膜を固化する工程と、金型の接触を維持しつつ磁性体に磁界を作用させる工程とを備えることを特徴とする磁気媒体の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の磁気媒体の製造方法において、前記金型を前記基板から外した後、前記磁性層の表面および前記レジスト膜の表面にマスクを形成する工程と、前記レジスト膜を除去する工程と、残存するマスクの周囲で前記磁性層を除去する工程とをさらに備えることを特徴とする磁気媒体の製造方法。
- 本体と、本体に区画され、磁気媒体の表面に重ね合わせられる平坦面と、平坦面に区画される溝と、溝の周囲で平坦面に交互に配置される磁性体および非磁性体とを備えることを特徴とする磁気媒体製造用金型。
