Claims (13)
- 기계 도구의 작동 영역내의 잘 한정된 위치에서 작업편을 클램핑하고, 기계도구의 작동 영역내에 고정되도록 구성된 척 수단과, 상기 척 수단에 고정되고 클램핑되도록 구성된 작업편 캐리어 수단과, 상기 척 수단에 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단을 클램핑하고 해제 상태로부터 클램핑 상태로 또는 역으로 절환되도록 구성된 클램핑 수단을 포함하고, 상기 척 수단은 제1 위치 조정 수단을 포함하고, 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단은 제2 위치 조정 수단으로 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 위치 조정 수단은 각도 배향과 관련해서 뿐만 아니라 서로 직각으로 진행하는 3개의 각 좌표축을 따라 상기 척 수단에 대해 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단의 위치를 한정하기 위해 협력하도록 되어 있고, 상기 클램핑 수단이 상기 한정된 위치를 유지하기 위해 상기 클램핑 상태로 전환되면, 상기 클램핑 수단은 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단을 상기 척 수단에 고정하는 장치에 있어서,상기 클램핑 수단은 선형 경로를 따르는 운동 방향을 각각 갖는 복수개의 클램핑 장치 수단을 포함하고, 상기 각각의 선형 경로는 상기 제1 및 제2 위치 조정 수단을 교차하는 가상의 원통형 냅상에 또는 상기 냅에 이웃하여 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 장치 수단의 상기 운동 방향은 상기 제1 및 제2 위치 조정 수단을 교차하는 상기 원통형 냅의 외측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 척 수단은 원통형이고, 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단은 중공 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 장치 수단은 상기 척 수단의 주연부를 따라 고르게 분포된 복수개의 클램핑 볼 수단을 포함하고, 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단은 그 내주면에 위치한 원형 홈 수단을 포함하고, 상기 클램핑 볼 수단은 상기 원형 홈 수단과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 척 수단은 원형 챔버 수단을 포함하고, 상기 클램핑 수단은 스프링 수단에 의해 바이어스되고 상기 원형 챔버 수단에 축방향으로 이동가능하게 장착되는 원형 피스톤 수단을 포함하고, 상기 클램핑 볼 수단은 상기 원형 피스톤 수단에 대해 안착되고, 상기 원형 피스톤이 축방향으로 이동되면, 상기 원형 피스톤 수단은 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단에 제공된 상기 원형 홈 수단 안으로 상기 클램핑 볼 수단을 가압하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원형 피스톤 수단은 작동 위치로부터 공기압 또는 수압으로 이동되도록 되어 있고, 상기 작동 위치에서 상기 피스톤 수단은 상기 스프링 수단에 의해 바이어스되고, 상기 클램핑 볼 수단이 해제되는 안착 위치로, 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단에 제공된 상기 원형 홈 수단 안으로 상기 클램핑 볼 수단을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 원형 피스톤 수단은 주연부 홈 수단을 포함하고, 상기 주연부 홈 수단은 상기 원형 피스톤 수단이 안착 위치에 있을 때 상기 클램핑 볼 수단이 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단에 제공된 상기 원형 홈 수단을 통과하도록 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 볼 수단은 상기 척 부재에 제공되고 그 주연부를 따라 고르게 분포된 방사상의 연장 보어들에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 장치 수단은 12개의 클램핑 볼 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단에 제공된 상기 원형 홈 수단은 V 자형의 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 볼 수단은 상기 척 부재에 제공되고 그 주연부를 따라 고르게 분포된 방사상의 연장 보어들에 수용되고, 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단에 제공된 상기 원형 홈 수단의 축방향 위치는 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단이 상기 척 수단상에 느슨하게 놓여질 때 상기 클램핑 볼 수단이 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단에 제공된 상기 원형 홈 수단을 통과할 수 있도록 한정되며, 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단에 제공된 상기 원형 홈 수단의 대칭면이 상기 방사상의 연장 보어들로 삽입되는 상기 클램핑 볼 수단의 중심보다 약간 위에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 척 수단은 원통형이고, 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단은 환형 플레이트 부재에 의해 일단부가 덮여있는 중공 실린더의 형상을 가짐으로써, 상기 장치가 클램핑된 위치에 있으면 상기 척 수단은 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단에 의해 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 척 수단 및 상기 작업편 캐리어 수단은 모두 긴 작업편을 수용하기 위한 중심 구멍 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램핑 장치.
