Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO PARA SUJEITAR UMA PEçA SENDO TRABALHADA"<D>. O dispositivo para fixar uma peça em trabalho em uma posição bem definida dentro da área de operação de uma máquina ferramenta compreende um membro de mandril a ser montado no interior da área de operação de uma máquina ferramenta e um portador de peça que pode ser colocado sobre o membro de mandril e aí fixado. Os primeiros membros de posicionamento providos no membro de mandril e os segundos membros de posicionamento montados no portador de peça cooperam para definir a posição do portador de peça ao longo de três eixos de coordenadas cada um perpendicular a cada outro assim como em relação à orientação angular. Um mecanismo de fixação fixa o portador de peça ao membro de mandril na posição definida antes mencionada. De forma a assegurar uma resistência aumentada contra momentos de inclinação e torque que ocorrem durante a usinagem de uma peça, o mecanismo de fixação compreende uma multiplicidade de dispositivos de fixação cada um possuindo uma direção linear de atividade, onde todas estas direções de atividade estão localizadas sobre, ou próximas, uma superfície cónico/cilíndrica imaginária intersectando os primeiro e segundo membros de posicionamento.
