Claims (16)
- 윤활제를 65∼94중량%, 비이온성 계면활성제를 5∼20중량% 및 양성 계면활성제를 0.1∼5중량%의 비율로 함유하며, 상기 양성 계면활성제는 하기 화학식 1로 나타내어지는 베타인형 양성 계면활성제 및 하기 화학식 2로 나타내어지는 알라닌형 양성 계면활성제로부터 선택되는 1개 또는 2개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유용 처리제.[화학식 1][화학식 2 ]상기 화학식 1 및 2에서,R1 : 탄소수 8∼22의 알카노일기 또는 탄소수 8∼22의 알케노일기R2 : 수소 또는 메틸기R3, R4 : 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기R5 : 탄소수 8∼22의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 8∼22의 알케닐기R6∼R9 : 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기Y : N 또는 Pn : 2 또는 3.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 베타인형 양성 계면활성제가 화학식 1중의 R1이 탄소수 12∼18의 알카노일기, R2가 수소, R3 및 R4가 메틸기인 경우이고, 또한 알라닌형 양성 계면활성제가 화학식 2중의 R5가 탄소수 12∼18의 알킬기인 경우인 합성섬유용 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 윤활제가 폴리에테르 화합물 또는 폴리에테르 화합물과 (폴리)에테르에스테르 화합물과의 혼합물이고, 또한 상기 폴리에테르 화합물이 수평균 분자량 1000∼2000의 폴리에테르 화합물 10∼40중량%, 수평균 분자량 2100∼3000의 폴리에테르 화합물 40∼60중량% 및 수평균 분자량 3100∼7000의 폴리에테르 화합물 10∼30중량%의 비율로 이루어지는 혼합물인 합성섬유용 처리제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 윤활제가, 폴리에테르 화합물 또는 폴리에테르 화합물과 (폴리)에테르에스테르 화합물과의 혼합물이고, 또한 상기 폴리에테르 화합물이 수 평균 분자량 1000∼2000의 폴리에테르 화합물 10∼40중량%, 수평균 분자량 2100∼3000의 폴리에테르 화합물 40∼60중량% 및 수평균 분자량 3100∼7000의 폴리에테르 화합물 10∼30중량%의 비율로 이루어지는 혼합물인 합성섬유용 처리제.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제가 분자중에 옥시에틸렌기의 반복수 3∼15의 폴리옥시에틸렌기 및 탄소수 8∼18의 알킬기를 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르인 합성섬유용 처리제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제가 분자중에 옥시에틸렌기의 반복수 3∼15의 폴리옥시에틸렌기 및 탄소수 8∼18의 알킬기를 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르인 합성섬유용 처리제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 추가로 항산화제를 0.1∼3중량%, 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘을 0.1∼2.5중량%, 지방족 2염기산염 및 지방족 인산에스테르염으로부터 선택되는 1개 또는 2개 이상을 0.1∼1중량%의 비율로 함유하는 합성섬유용 처리제.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 추가로 항산화제를 0.1∼3중량%, 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘을 0.1∼2.5중량%, 지방족 2염기산염 및 지방족 인산에스테르염으로부터 선택되는 1개 또는 2개 이상을 0.1∼1중량%의 비율로 함유하는 합성섬유용 처리제.
- 윤활제를 65∼94중량%, 비이온성 계면활성제를 5∼20중량% 및 하기의 양성 계면활성제를 0.1∼5중량%의 비율로 함유하여 이루어지는 합성섬유용 처리제를, 방사한 합성섬유에 대해서 0.1∼3중량%가 되도록 부착시킨 후, 연신과 동시에 가연 가공하며, 상기 양성 계면활성제는 하기 화학식 1로 나타내어지는 베타인형 양성 계면활성제 및 하기 화학식 2로 나타내어지는 알라닌형 양성 계면활성제로부터 선택되는 1개 또는 2개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유의 처리방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2]상기화학식 1 및 2에서,R1 : 탄소수 8∼22의 알카노일기 또는 탄소수 8∼22의 알케노일기R2 : 수소 또는 메틸기R3, R4 : 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기R5 : 탄소수 8∼22의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 8∼22의 알케닐기R6∼R9 : 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기Y : N 또는 Pn : 2 또는 3.

- 제 10 항에 있어서, 윤활제가 폴리에테르 화합물 또는 폴리에테르 화합물과 (폴리)에테르에스테르 화합물과의 혼합물이고, 또한 상기 폴리에테르 화합물이 수평균 분자량 1000∼2000의 폴리에테르 화합물 10∼40중량%, 수평균 분자량 2100∼3000의 폴리에테르 화합물 40∼60중량% 및 수평균 분자량 3100∼7000의 폴리에테르 화합물 10∼30중량%의 비율로 이루어지는 혼합물인 합성섬유용 처리제를 방사한 합성섬유에 부착시키는 합성섬유의 처리방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제가 분자중에 옥시에틸렌기의 반복수 3∼15의 폴리옥시에틸렌기 및 탄소수 8∼18의 알킬기를 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르인 합성섬유용 처리제를 방사한 합성섬유에 부착시키는 합성섬유의 처리방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 추가로 항산화제를 0.1∼3중량%, 폴리에테르 변성 실리콘을 0.1∼2.5중량%, 지방족 2염기산염 및 지방족 인산에스테르염으로부터 선택되는 1개 또는 2개 이상을 0.1∼1중량%의 비율로 함유하는 합성섬유용 처리제를 방사한 합성섬유에 부착시키는 합성섬유의 처리방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 비접촉식 히터를 장비한 가연가공기를 이용하여 연신과 동시에 가연 가공하는 합성섬유의 처리방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 비접촉식 히터를 장비한 가연가공기를 이용하여 연신과 동시에 가연 가공하는 합성섬유의 처리방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 비접촉식 히터를 장비한 가연가공기를 이용하여 연신과 동시에 가연 가공하는 합성섬유의 처리방법.
