Claims (13)
- 이형성을 갖는 기본시트, 기본시트의 이형면 위에 형성된 보호인쇄층, 및 보호인쇄층 위의 하나 이상의 부가인쇄층을 포함하는 내마모성 및 내약품성이 우수한 전사재로, 상기 보호인쇄층은 유효 성분으로서 우레탄 결합량 6,000 내지 50,000g/eq를 갖는 반응 생성물을 포함하는 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물로 구성되고, 상기 반응 생성물은 100 내지 300g/eq의 (메트)아크릴 당량, 20 내지 500의 히드록실가, 및 5,000 내지 50,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 중합체를 다관능 이소시아네이트에 중부가하여 얻어지는 것인 전사재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체와 α,β-불포화 모노카르복실산 사이의 중부가 반응의 반응 생성물인 전사재.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체는 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트 단일중합체, 또는 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트와 카르복실기를 갖지 않는 α,β-불포화 단량체의 공중합체인 전사재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 기본시트는 그 표면 위에 부분 매트층을 갖고, 상기 부분 매트층은 유효 성분으로서 에폭시드 수지, 멜라민 수지, 이들의 공중합체 또는 혼합물과 산성 촉매를 포함하는 전사재.
- 내마모성 및 내약품성이 우수한 성형품의 제조방법으로, 상기 제조방법은제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 전사재의 보호인쇄층을 성형품의 표면 위에 접착시키는 단계;기본시트를 박리(剝離)시키는 단계; 및활성 에너지선을 조사하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 내마모성및 내약품성이 우수한 성형품의 제조방법으로, 상기 제조방법은제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 전사재의 보호인쇄층을 안쪽으로 향하게 하면서 상기 전사재를 성형틀 안에 위치시키는 단계;수지를 충전용 동공에 주입하고, 성형하고, 동시에 전사재의 보호인쇄층을 성형된 수지 표면에 접착시키는 단계;기본시트를 박리시키는 단계; 및활성 에너지선을 조사하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 이형성을 갖지 않는 기본시트, 기본시트의 한 표면 위에 형성된 보호인쇄층, 및 기본시트의 반대면 위의 하나 이상의 부가 인쇄층을 포함하는 표면보호 시트로서, 상기 보호인쇄층은 유효 성분으로서 우레탄 결합량 6,000 내지 50,000g/eq를 갖는 반응 생성물로 이루어진 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물로 구성되고, 상기 반응 생성물은 (메트)아크릴 당량 100 내지 300g/eq, 히드록실가 20 내지 500 및 중량 평균 분자량 5,000 내지 50,000을 갖는 중합체를 다관능 이소시아네이트에 중부가하여 얻어지는 표면보호 시트.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체와 α,β-불포화 모노카르복실산 사이의 중부가 반응의 반응 생성물인 표면보호 시트.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체는 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트의 단일중합체, 또는 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트과 카르복실기를 갖지 않는 α,β-불포화 단량체의 공중합체인 표면보호 시트.
- 내마모성 및 내약품성이 우수한 성형품의 제조방법으로, 상기 제조방법은제 7항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 표면보호 시트를 성형품의 표면 위에 위치시키는 단계;표면보호 시트를 가열, 연화시키는 단계;표면보호 시트를 아래방향으로부터 진공 흡입해서 표면보호 시트를 성형품의 표면에 접착시키는 단계; 및활성 에너지선을 조사하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 내마모성 및 내약품성이 우수한 성형품의 제조방법으로, 상기 제조방법은제 7항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 표면보호 시트의 보호인쇄층을 바깥쪽으로 향하게 하면서 상기 표면보호 시트를 성형틀 안에 위치시키는 단계;수지를 충전용 동공에 주입하여, 성형하고, 동시에 표면보호 시트를 성형된 수지 표면에 접착하는 단계; 및활성 에너지선을 조사하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 내마모성 및 내약품성이 우수한 성형품의 제조방법으로, 상기 제조방법은제4항에 따른 전사재의 보호인쇄층을 성형품의 표면 위에 접착시키는 단계;기본시트를 박리시키는 단계; 및활성 에너지선을 조사하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 내마모성및 내약품성이 우수한 성형품의 제조방법으로, 상기 제조방법은제4항에 따른 전사재의 보호인쇄층을 안쪽으로 향하게 하면서 상기 전사재를 성형틀 안에 위치시키는 단계;수지를 충전용 동공에 주입하고, 성형하고, 동시에 전사재의 보호인쇄층을 성형된 수지 표면에 접착시키는 단계;기본시트를 박리시키는 단계; 및활성 에너지선을 조사하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
