Abstract
一种新型的转移印刷方法,是将图文先制作成三层转移膜,然后转移膜进行塑性变形后紧紧贴合承印物,通过化学反应将图文转移到承印物上。
Description
所属技术领域
本发明设计一种特种印刷技术,尤其是指在不规则的物体上印刷连续的精美的图文的印刷方法。
背景技术
在不规则表面印刷图文有许多方法,概括而言有以下三种:(1)水转移法或水披膜法,利用水溶性膜接触水后的一定时间内具有的可拉伸性,将印刷图文层对准承印物进行拉伸贴合,可以在不规则的承印物上的每一处形成连续的图文,但图文不精细,拉伸亦无规律;(2)喷油法:用喷枪把不同颜色的油墨喷注在承印物上。此方法无法制作过渡色调,图案多以粗线条为主;(3)移印法:利用硅胶头的传输油墨的原理在不规则的表面印刷图文,该方法需要多次往复的印刷才能得到小面积的图文,而且精细程度也不高。
中国专利84115805.5公开了一种热升华转移印刷的方法,将特殊的油墨对准承印物进行高温加热,使图文层飞到承印物上,其要求承印物能耐高温,而且表面要求也需要一定的规则并且需要处理成聚酯;
中国专利98808992.0由美国3M公司设计的一种冷转印技术,利用贴合的方法将图文贴在承印物上,该方法的缺点是不能一次将连续的图文贴合在承印物上。
综上所述,任何一种方法都不能实现将连续的精细的图文印刷在不规则物体的表面。
发明内容
不规则物体表面的印刷是一个世界难题,曲面,球面,起伏不平的山脉上面凹凸不平的浮雕表面不可能印刷上精美的连续的图文,制作成像平面印刷那样,美观、精细的产品。本发明的目的就是在任意不规则物体的表面印刷上连续的精美的图文,达到平面印刷的水平。
为了达到上述之目的,本发明采用了新的转移膜和转移工艺,具体工艺过程如下:
(1)首先制作转移膜,由三层组成的,如图1,A层为塑性基材层,B为可剥离层,可以是有机硅系列的脱膜剂,也可以是非吸收性膜,C为印刷层,可由柔版印刷,丝网印刷,凹版印刷或平版胶印来完成,这样就保证了图文的精细程度;
(2)上述如图1的转移膜进行塑性变形,将转移膜依据承印物的形状进行塑性变形,使印刷层对准承印物;
(3)承印物的表面可以通过物理热变化或化学变化将印刷层转移到承印物的表面,这样就节省了一步传统的转移印刷动力源,而是利用承印物本身表面的化学活性或物理变化热动力活性来完成。
依此得到的产品共如下几个特点:
1.图文精细,连续。
2.图文与承印物表面附着性好。
3.工艺简单。
4.可做规则的不规则的任何形状的印刷。

实例说明
下面通过一个实例来表达本发明的过程:
1.用PP为素材涂布有硅油并用丝网印刷一个老虎制作转印膜。
2.将转印膜进行塑胶变形为一个老虎的浮雕形状。
3.将环氧树脂A、B胶混合后涂在转移膜的印刷层面上。
4.等A、B胶反应完成后即可得到表面有老虎精细图文的老虎的一个浮雕。
Claims (4)
1. 一种转移印刷方法,其特征在于采用如下步骤:
步骤一:制作转移膜,所述的转移膜由塑性基材层、可剥离层和印刷层组成;
步骤二:将转移膜塑性变形为与承印物形状相同或近似的形状;
步骤三:将环氧树脂A、B胶混合后涂在转移印刷膜的印刷层面上;
步骤四:等环氧树脂A、B胶反应完成后得到表面有转印图文的承印物。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的转移印刷方法,其特征在于:所述的塑性基材层是热塑性材料。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的转移印刷方法,其特征在于:所述的可剥离层是有机硅系列的脱膜剂或非吸收性膜。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的转移印刷方法,其特征在于:所述的印刷层由胶印、凹印、柔印和丝网组成。
