Claims (5)
- 기판상에 형성된 제1 전극, 적어도 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 발광층을 포함하는 상기 제1 전극상에 형성된 박막층, 상기 박막층상에 형성된 제2 전극, 및 증착에 의해 상기 기판상에 형성된 복수의 발광 영역을 포함하며, 상기 발광층이 상이한 색으로 독립적으로 발광하는 발광 영역에 따라 패터닝되고, 상기 발광 영역이 존재하는 전체 영역에 전자 수송 재료가 증착되어 전자 수송층을 형성하고, 상기 발광층과 상기 전자 수송층이 상이한 평면 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 복수의 발광 영역이 마스크 증착법에 의해 패터닝된 적어도 3개의 색 발광 영역을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전자 수송 재료의 발광 에너지가 발광층의 발광 에너지와 동일하거나 그 보다 큰 유기 전계 발광 장치.
- 기판상에 형성된 제1 전극, 적어도 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 발광층을 포함하는 상기 제1 전극상에 형성된 박막층, 상기 박막층상에 형성된 제2 전극, 상기 기판상에 형성된 복수의 발광 영역, 및 상기 박막층의 두께를 상회하는 높이를 갖는 스페이서를 포함하며, 상기 발광층이 상이한 색으로 독립적으로 발광하는 발광 영역에 따라 마스크 증착법에 의해 패터닝되고, 상기 발광 영역이 존재하는 전체 영역에 전자 수송 재료가 증착되어 전자 수송층을 형성하고, 상기 발광층과 상기 전자 수송층이 상이한 평면 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 전계 발광 장치가 액티브 매트릭스형 발광 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 장치.
