- 연료전지와 충·방전 가능한 축전부를 전원으로 하여 전력을 공급하는 전력공급장치에 있어서,소정의 목표 출력값에 따라 상기 연료전지의 운전을 제어하는 연료전지 제어부와,요구 전력과 상기 연료전지가 출력 가능한 전력의 차를 보상하도록 상기 축전부의 충·방전을 실시하는 충·방전부와,상기 요구 전력의 변화율을 검출하는 변화율 검출부와,상기 변화율의 절대값이 소정의 값을 초과했을 때에, 상기 목표 출력값을 상기 요구 전력에 따라 변경하는 목표 출력값 설정부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력공급장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 추가로 상기 축전부의 잔존용량을 검출하는 검출부와,상기 잔존용량에 따라 상기 목표출력값을 보정하는 목표출력값 보정부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력공급장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 추가로,요구 전력을 수시 입력하는 요구 전력 입력부와,소정 시간 후에 장래 요구 전력을 예측하는 요구 전력 예측부를 구비하고,상기 목표 출력값 설정부는, 상기 장래 요구 전력, 현재 요구 전력 및 상기 연료전지의 출력 응답성에 의거하여, 현 시점에서 상기 연료전지가 출력해야 하는 목표 출력값을 설정하도록 하며,이 목표 출력값에 따라 상기 연료전지의 제어부는 연료전지의 운전을 제어하고,상기 충·방전부는 상기 현재 요구전력과 상기 연료전지가 출력 가능한 전력의 차를 보상하도록 상기 축전부의 충·방전을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력공급장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 목표 출력값 설정부는, 상기 장래 요구 전력의 증가에 따라 미리 목표 출력값을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력공급장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 목표출력값 설정부는, 상기 장래 요구 전력의 감소에 따라 미리 상기 목표 출력값을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력공급장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 추가로 상기 축전부의 잔존용량을 검출하는 검출부와,상기 잔존용량의 변화에 따라 상기 목표 출력값을 보정하는 목표 출력값 보정부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력공급장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전력공급장치로부터의 전력공급을 받는 부하의 장래적인 운전상태를 규정하는 부하 정보를 미리 기억한 부하 정보 기억부를 구비하고,상기 요구 전력 예측부는, 이 부하 정보에 의거하여 상기 장래 요구 전력을 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력공급장치.

- 연료전지와 충·방전 가능한 축전부를 구비하는 전력공급장치의 제어방법에 있어서,(a) 요구 전력에 따라 상기 연료전지가 출력해야 하는 목표 출력값을 소정의 타이밍으로 설정하는 공정과,(b) 상기 목표출력값에 따라 상기 연료전지와 상기 축전부의 운전을 제어하는 공정을 구비하고,상기 공정 (a) 에서의 상기 소정의 타이밍은, 상기 요구 전력의 변화율이 소정값을 초과한 타이밍인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 추가로,(c) 요구 전력을 수시 입력하는 공정과,(d) 소정 시간후에서의 장래 요구 전력을 예측하는 공정과,(e) 상기 장래 요구 전력, 현재 요구 전력 및 상기 연료전지의 출력 응답성에 의거하여, 현시점에서 상기 연료전지가 출력해야 하는 목표 출력값을 설정하는 공정과,(f) 이 목표출력값에 따라 상기 연료전지의 운전을 제어하는 공정과,(g) 상기 현재 요구 전력과 상기 연료전지가 출력 가능한 전력의 차를 보상하도록 상기 축전부의 충·방전을 실시하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.
