Claims (5)
- 제동력 제어 수단에 의해 제동 조작 부재에 대한 운전자의 제동 조작량에 기초하여 목표 제동 제어량을 연산함과 함께 상기 목표 제동 제어량에 기초하여 각 차륜에 설치된 제동력 발생 수단을 제어하는 제동 제어 모드와, 제동 조작 부재에 대한 운전자의 조작력을 상기 제동력 발생 수단에 전달시키는 것에 의해 제동력을 발생하는 운전자 제동 모드를 갖는 차량의 제동 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 제동 제어 모드에 의한 제동력의 제어를 계속할 수 없는 이상 상태를 예측하는 이상 상태 예측 수단과, 이상 상태가 예측되었을 때에는 상기 제동 제어 모드로부터 상기 운전자 제동 모드로 바꾸는 모드 전환 수단을 갖고, 상기 제동력 제어 수단은 상기 제동 제어 모드로부터 상기 운전자 제동 모드로 바뀌어지기 전에, 운전자의 제동 조작량에 대한 상기 목표 제동 제어량의 비를 저감하는 것에 의해, 운전자의 제동 조작량(Gt)에 대한 상기 제동력 발생 수단에 의해 발생되는 제동력의 비(Mj)를 상기 운전자 제동 모드 시의 비(zero)에 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제동력 제어 수단에 의해 제동 조작 부재에 대한 운전자의 제동 조작량에 기초하여 목표 제동 제어량을 연산하는 동시에, 상기 목표 제동 제어량에 기초하여 각 차륜에 설치된 제동력 발생 수단을 제어하는 제동력 제어 모드와, 제동 조작 부재에 대한 운전자의 조작력을 상기 제동력 발생 수단에 전달시키는 것에 의해 제동력을 발생하는 운전자 제동 모드를 갖고, 상기 제동 제어 모드에 의한 제동력의 제어를 계속할 수 없는 이상 상태 시에는, 모드 전환 수단에 의해 상기 제동 제어 모드로부터 상기 운전자 제동 모드로 바뀌어지는 차량의 제동 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 이상 상태를 예측하는 이상 상태 예측 수단을 갖고, 상기 제동력 제어 수단은 상기 제동 제어 모드 중에 상기 이상 상태가 예측되었을 때에는 운전자의 제동 조작량에 대한 상기 제동력 발생 수단에 의해 발생되는 제동력의 비(Mj)를 상기 운전자 제동 모드 시의 비(zero)에 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제동력 제어 수단은 운전자의 제동 조작량에 대한 상기 목표 제동 제어량의 비를 저감하는 것에 의해 운전자의 제동 조작량에 대한 상기 제동력 발생 수단에 의해 발생되는 제동력의 비(Mj)를 상기 운전자 제동 모드 시의 비(zero)에 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제동력 제어 수단은 전기 에너지원으로부터 공급되는 전기 에너지로 동작하고, 상기 이상 상태 예측 수단은 상기 전기 에너지원의 이상을 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 에너지원은 제 1 및 제 2 전기 에너지원을 갖고, 상기 이상 상태 예측 수단은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전기 에너지원의 한쪽이 그 기능을 상실할 우려를 검출하는 것에 의해 상기 전기 에너지원의 이상을 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치.
