Claims (3)
- 절연피막이 편평한 단면을 갖는 전기도체에 피복되어 되는 선재를 소정길이로 절단해서 코일멤버를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 코일멤버를 굴곡 가공해서 소정형상의 코일소선을 형성하는 공정과, 소정수의 상기 코일소선을 고정자코어에 장착하는 공정과, 상기 고정자코어에 장착된 각각의 상기 코일소선의 단부끼리를 용접해서 소정 턴수의 권선군을 형성하는 공정을 갖는 교류발전기의 고정자의 제조방법에서, 상기 코일멤버를 형성하는 공정에 앞서서 상기 선재의 각 절단부위를 대략 중심으로해서 길이방향의 소정범위에 걸쳐서 외경축소부를 형성하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기의 고정자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외경축소부를 형성하는 공정은 상기 전기도체의 폭방향 양단부를 상기 절단부위를 대략 중심으로해서 길이방향의 소정범위에 걸쳐서 상기 절연피막과 함께 제거해서 상기 폭축소부를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 폭축소부의 두께방향 양면의 상기 절연피막을 제거하는 공정을 구비하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기의 고정자의 제조방법.
- 홈방향을 축방향으로 하는 슬롯이 내주측에 개구하도록 원주방향으로 다수 병설된 원통상의 고정자코어와, 절연피막이 피복된 편평단면을 갖는 다수의 코일소선의 단부끼리를 용접해서 구성되고, 상기 고정자코어의 단면측의 상기 슬롯외에서 되돌려져서 소정 슬롯수 마다에 상기 슬롯내에서 슬롯 깊이방향으로 내층과 외층을 교대로 채택하도록 권장된 고정자코일을 구비하고, 상기 코일소선의 단부의 외경이 이 코일소선의 다른 부위에 대해 축소되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 교류발전기의 고정자.
