Claims (3)
- 내주에 축선방향으로 뻗어서 원주방향에 소정의 피치로 다수의 슬롯이 형성된 스테이터 코어 및 상기 슬롯에 조립된 2조의 3상 스테이터 코일을 갖는 스테이터와,상기 스테이터의 내측에 회전이 자유롭게 설치되고 전류를 흘려서 자속을 발생하는 로터 코일 및 상기 로터 코일을 덮고 자속에 의해 다수의 클로상 자극이 형성되는 폴코어를 갖는 로터를 구비하고, 상기 슬롯의 수가 1상, 1극당 2이고 총수가 72이상인 차량용 교류발전기로서, 상기 스테이터 코어는 상기 슬롯을 형성하는 다수의 티스가 요크의 한쪽에 다수형성된 판상자성부재를 적충하여 형서되고 상기 스테이터 코일을 형성하는 다수의 권선군은 상기 슬롯내에 상기 권선군의 각 소선이 정렬하여 배치되도록 직경방향으로부터 장착하고 이 스테이터 코일이 내측으로 되도록 굴곡시켜서 양단면을 맞닿게함으로써 링상으로 연결된것을 특징으로하는 차량용 교류발전기의 고정자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,인접해서 형성된 슬롯 개구부의 원주방향 공극중심의 상호간격이 불균등하게 형성되어있는것을 특징으로하는 차량용 교류발전기의 고정자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬롯간을 구획하는 상기 티스의 선단부에 원주방향으로 뻗는 돌출부가 형성되고 상기 돌출부의 돌출길이의 장단에 의해 인접한 상기 슬롯 개구부의 원주방향 공극중심의 상호간격이 변경되어있는것을 특징으로하는 차량용 교류발전기의 고정자.
