Claims (4)
- 直列に接続された複数の乾燥炉を有する乾燥システムであって、
複数の乾燥炉間に交互に接続された炉内に乾燥気体を供給する給気系統及び炉内の湿潤気体を排出する排気系統と、
前記給気系統及び前記排気系統それぞれに設けられた流量調整弁と、
を備える、乾燥システム。 - 基準の露点温度より乾燥炉内の露点温度が上昇した場合、露点温度が上昇した乾燥炉に最も近い給気系統及び排気系統に設けられた流量調整弁のみを開放する制御装置を備える、請求項1に記載の乾燥システム。
- 前記制御装置は、加熱炉内の壁温度の飽和水分量より加熱炉内の水分量が少なくなるように前記流量調整弁の開度を制御する、請求項2に記載の乾燥システム。
- 請求項1〜3のうち、いずれか1項に記載の乾燥システムを用いて塗装金属板を製造するステップを含む、塗装金属板の製造方法。
