Claims (12)
- 車両のアクセルペダルの踏み込みに応じて供給される燃料の燃焼により出力を得る一方、アクセルペダルの踏み込まれない車両のコースト走行中はフュエルカットを行うように構成された内燃エンジン(1)と;
内燃エンジン(1)の出力をポンプインペラとタービンランナを介して駆動輪に伝達するトルクコンバータ(2B)と;
車両のコースト走行中にポンプインペラとタービンランナとを直結するロックアップクラッチ(2C)と;
車両のコースト走行からのアクセルペダルの踏み込みを検出するアクセルペダル踏み込み量センサ(6)と、
次のようにプログラムされたプログラマブルコントローラ(4):
車両のコースト走行からのアクセルペダルの踏み込みに対してロックアップクラッチ(2C)を解放操作し;
アクセルペダルの踏み込みに伴うフュエルリカバリをロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が所定圧に低下するまで抑制する;
とを備える車両駆動装置。 - コントローラ(4)は、アクセルペダルの踏み込みに伴うフュエルリカバリをロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が所定圧に低下するまで禁止するよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1の車両駆動装置。
- 内燃エンジン(1)は多気筒エンジンであり、コントローラ(4)は、一部の気筒についてのみ、アクセルペダルの踏み込みに伴うフュエルリカバリをロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が所定圧に低下するまで禁止するよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項2の車両駆動装置。
- コントローラ(4)は、コースト走行からのアクセルペダルの踏み込み量が所定量を超える場合には、フュエルリカバリを抑制しないよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1から3のいずれかの車両駆動装置。
- 内燃エンジン(1)は吸気スロットル(1A)を備え、吸気スロットル(1A)が調整した吸入空気量に応じた供給燃料により出力を得る_とともに、コントローラ(4)はフュエルリカバリの抑制中は、吸気スロットル(1A)の開度の増大を禁止するよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1から4のいずれかの車両駆動装置。
- コントローラ(4)は、ロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧低下指令信号の出力により、ロックアップクラッチ(2C)の解放操作を行うとともに、車両のコースト走行からのアクセルペダルの踏み込みに対して締結圧低下指令信号に進み補正を加えるよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1から5のいずれかの車両駆動装置。
- コントローラ(4)は、ロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が低下したかどうかを、ロックアップクラッチ(2C)の解放操作開始からの経過時間に基づき判定するよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1から6のいずれかの車両駆動装置。
- ロックアップクラッチの締結圧を検出するセンサ(10)をさらに備え、コントローラ(4)はロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が所定圧以下に低下した時に、ロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が低下したと判定するよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1から6のいずれかの車両駆動装置。
- ポンプインペラとタービンランナとのスリップ回転速度を検出するセンサ(8,9)をさらに備え、コントローラ(4)はスリップ回転速度が所定速度以上となった時に、ロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が低下したと判定するよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1から6のいずれかの車両駆動装置。
- コントローラ(4)は、ロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が低下していない場合でも、アクセルペダルの踏み込み量が所定量を超えた時点で、フュエルリカバリの抑制を解除するよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1から9のいずれかの車両駆動装置。
- 車両のアクセルペダルの踏み込みに応じて供給される燃料の燃焼により出力を得る一方、アクセルペダルの踏み込まれない車両のコースト走行中はフュエルカットを行うように構成された内燃エンジン(1)と;
内燃エンジン(1)の出力をポンプインペラとタービンランナを介して駆動輪に伝達するトルクコンバータ(2B)と;
車両のコースト走行中にポンプインペラとタービンランナとを直結するロックアップクラッチ(2C)と;
車両のコースト走行からのアクセルペダルの踏み込みを検出するアクセルペダル踏み込み量検出手段(6)と;
車両のコースト走行からのアクセルペダルの踏み込みに対してロックアップクラッチを解放操作するロックアップクラッチ解放操作手段(4,S2,S2A)と;
アクセルペダルの踏み込みに伴うフュエルリカバリをロックアップクラッチの締結圧が所定圧に低下するまで抑制するリカバリ抑制手段(4,S4,S4A)と;

車両のコースト走行からのアクセルペダルの踏み込みに対してロックアップクラッチ(2C)を解放操作し、
アクセルペダルの踏み込みに伴うフュエルリカバリをロックアップクラッチ(2C)の締結圧が所定圧に低下するまで抑制する、車両駆動方法。
