Abstract
Description
1) ポリ乳酸系樹脂、並びに緩衝剤及び/又は緩衝剤由来化合物を含有することを特徴とする、ポリ乳酸系組成物。
2) 緩衝剤が、有機化合物のアルカリ金属塩、及び/又は、無機化合物のアルカリ金属塩であることを特徴とする、前記1)に記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
3) 緩衝剤が無機化合物のアルカリ金属塩であるリン酸アルカリ金属塩であることを特徴とする、前記2)に記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
4) カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤が添加されたことを特徴とする、前記1)〜3)のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
5) カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤が、エポキシ化合物および/またはカルボジイミド化合物であることを特徴とする、前記4)に記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
6) リン酸アルカリ金属塩が無水物であることを特徴とする、前記3)〜5)のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
7) 緩衝剤及び緩衝剤由来化合物の合計の含有量が、ポリ乳酸系組成物中に0.05〜500mol/tであることを特徴とする、前記1)〜6)のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
8) カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤の添加量が、ポリ乳酸系樹脂を100重量部としたときに、0.01〜10重量部であることを特徴とする、前記4)〜7)に記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
9) ポリ乳酸系組成物が可塑剤を含有し、
該可塑剤が、ポリエーテル系および/またはポリエステル系セグメント、並びに数平均分子量が1,500以上のポリ乳酸系セグメントを有する可塑剤であることを特徴とする、前記1)〜8)のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
10) ポリ乳酸系樹脂以外の熱可塑性樹脂を含有することを特徴とする前記1)〜9)のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
11) 前記1)〜10)のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物からなることを特徴とするフィルム。
[耐加水分解性評価方法]
・フィルムの強制劣化方法
(1)無延伸フィルムの強制劣化方法
フィルムを45℃、90%RHに保った恒温恒湿漕で30日間保管した。
(2)延伸フィルムの強制劣化方法
フィルムを50℃、90%RHに保った恒温恒湿漕で30日間保管した。
(3)インフレーション製膜フィルムの強制劣化方法
フィルムを40℃、90%RHに保った恒温恒湿漕で30日間保管した。
・フィルム長手方向の破断強度測定
ASTM−D882(1997年改訂)に規定された方法に従って、インストロンタイプの引張試験機を用い、下記条件で測定した。
試料サイズ:幅10mm×試長(長手方向)100mm
引張り速度:200mm/分
測定環境:温度23℃、湿度65%RH
・耐加水分解性評価
フィルムの強制劣化前後の破断強度保持率を下記式にて求め、以下の基準で評価を行った。
ただし、a:強制劣化後の破断強度、b:強制劣化前の破断強度
◎(優):破断強度保持率が80%以上
○(良):破断強度保持率が70%以上80%未満
△(可):破断強度保持率が50%以上70%未満
×(不可):破断強度保持率が50%未満
[重量平均分子量]
日本Warters(株)製ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)Warters2690により測定した標準ポリメチルメタクリレート換算の重量平均分子量の値である。溶媒にクロロホルムを用い、流速0.5mL/minとし、試料濃度1mg/1mLの溶液を0.1mL注入し、カラム温度40℃で測定した。
[ポリ乳酸系樹脂]
P−1:
D−乳酸ユニット含有割合1mol%、PMMA換算の重量平均分子量19万のポリL−乳酸樹脂
P−2:
D−乳酸ユニット含有割合5mol%、PMMA換算の重量平均分子量19万のポリL−乳酸樹脂
P−3:
D−乳酸ユニット含有割合12mol%、PMMA換算の重量平均分子量19万のポリL−乳酸樹脂
[緩衝剤]
K−1:
リン酸二水素カリウム
K−2:
リン酸二水素ナトリウム
K−3:
クエン酸二水素カリウム
K−4:
リン酸二水素ナトリウム2水和物
K−5:
リン酸2,2’−メチレンビス(4,6−ジ−tert−ブチルフェニル)ナトリウム(商品名:アデカスタブNA11、株式会社アデカ製)
K−6:
ビス(2,4,8,10−テトラ−tert−ブチル−6−オキソ−12H−ジベンゾ[d,g][1,3,2]ジオキサホスホシン−6−オキシド)水酸化アルミニウム塩(商品名:アデカスタブNA21、株式会社アデカ製)
[カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤]
M−1:
N,N´−ジ−2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニルカルボジイミド(ラインケミー社製スタバクゾール(登録商標)I−LF)
M−2:
ビスフェノールA型グリシジルエーテル(ジャパンエポキシレジン製エピコート(登録商標)828)
M−3:
イソシアヌル酸トリグリシジル(東京化成工業株式会社製)
[可塑剤]
L−1:
重量平均分子量12,000のポリエチレングリコール70重量部とL−ラクチド30重量部に対し、オクチル酸錫0.05重量部を混合し、撹拌装置付きの反応容器中で窒素雰囲気中150℃で2時間重合し、重量平均分子量2,500のポリ乳酸セグメントを有する、ポリエチレングリコールとポリ乳酸のブロック共重合体L−1を得た。
[熱可塑性樹脂]
S−1:
ポリブチレンサクシネートアジペート(昭和高分子株式会社製ビオノーレ(登録商標)#3001)
S−2:
ポリメチルメタクリレート(住友化学性スミペックス(登録商標)LG)
[ポリ乳酸系組成物(無延伸フィルム)の製造]
(実施例1)
ポリ乳酸系樹脂(P−2)100重量部、熱可塑性樹脂(S−1)1重量部、カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤(M−1)1重量部、緩衝剤(K−1)10mol/tとなるようにそれぞれをベント式二軸押出機に供給し、温度を200℃に設定したTダイ口金より押出し、静電印加方式により、30℃のキャスティングドラムに密着させ冷却固化し、厚さ0.2mmの無延伸フィルムを得た。
フィルムを構成する熱可塑性樹脂、緩衝剤、カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤を表1−1、1−2のように変えた以外は実施例1と同様に実施した。
[ポリ乳酸系組成物(延伸フィルム)の製造]
(実施例21)
ポリ乳酸系樹脂(P−2)100重量部、熱可塑性樹脂(S−2)10重量部、カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤(M−1)1重量部、緩衝剤(K−1)10mol/tとなるようにそれぞれをベント式二軸押出機に供給し、温度を200℃に設定したTダイ口金より押出し、静電印加方式により、30℃のキャスティングドラムに密着させ冷却固化し、厚さ0.2mmの無延伸フィルムを得た。
フィルムを構成する熱可塑性樹脂、緩衝剤、カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤を表2のように変えた以外は実施例21と同様に実施した。
[ポリ乳酸系組成物(インフレーション製膜フィルム)の製造]
(実施例30)
ポリ乳酸系樹脂(P−1)15重量部、ポリ乳酸系樹脂(P−3)55重量部、熱可塑性樹脂(S−2)20重量部、可塑剤(L−1)10重量部、カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤(M−1)1重量部、緩衝剤(K−1)10mol/tとなるようにそれぞれをベント式二軸押出機に供給し、温度を180℃に設定したサーキュラーダイからチューブ状に押出し、冷却リングより約25℃のエアーを吹き付けながらチューブ内にエアーを注入してバブルを形成し得られたフィルムをピンチロールへ導きチューブ状のフィルムをフラット状2枚のフィルムとし、両方向を拘束した状態でフィルム温度120℃で2秒間熱処理を行った後、巻き取りロールで巻き取り、厚さ0.05mmのインフレーション製膜フィルムを得た。
フィルムを構成する熱可塑性樹脂、可塑剤、緩衝剤、カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤を表3ように変えた以外は実施例30と同様に実施した。
Claims (11)
- ポリ乳酸系樹脂、並びに緩衝剤及び/又は緩衝剤由来化合物を含有することを特徴とする、ポリ乳酸系組成物。
- 緩衝剤が、有機化合物のアルカリ金属塩、及び/又は、無機化合物のアルカリ金属塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
- 緩衝剤が無機化合物のアルカリ金属塩であるリン酸アルカリ金属塩であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
- カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤が添加されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
- カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤が、エポキシ化合物および/またはカルボジイミド化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
- リン酸アルカリ金属塩が無水物であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
- 緩衝剤及び緩衝剤由来化合物の合計の含有量が、ポリ乳酸系組成物中に0.05〜500mol/tであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
- カルボキシル基反応性末端封鎖剤の添加量が、ポリ乳酸系樹脂を100重量部としたときに、0.01〜10重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜7に記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
- ポリ乳酸系組成物が可塑剤を含有し、
該可塑剤が、ポリエーテル系および/またはポリエステル系セグメント、並びに数平均分子量が1,500以上のポリ乳酸系セグメントを有する可塑剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。 - ポリ乳酸系樹脂以外の熱可塑性樹脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のポリ乳酸系組成物からなることを特徴とするフィルム。
