Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この発明は自動販売装置に関するものである。
（従来技術） 複数種類の商品の中から１つの商品を選択させ販売駆動
装置を駆動させてその商品を販売する自動販売装置はま
ず所定の金額を投入した後、商品を選択しその選択した
商品を受は取るようになっていた。そして、商品の選択
範囲が投入金額の範囲で限定されるようになっていた。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 従って、投入金額の範囲で商品の選択範囲が限定される
ため、購入者は商品の選択が狭められる問題があった。
しかも、一旦、選択した商品を変更して新たに商品を見
て再び選択し直すことはできず、購入者は不要な商品の
購入を強いられるといった問題があった。又、選択し直
すことはできる場合は金銭返却レバーを操作して金銭を
返却してもらった後、再び金銭を投入して−から始めな
ければならずはなはだ面倒であった。
（発明の目的） この発明は上記問題点を解決するために、金銭を投入す
る前に商品の選択を行なうとともに、その選択変更が自
由に行なえるようにして、購入者に広い範囲で自由に商
品選択を行なわせることができるとともに、スピーディ
−に目的の商品を選択し購入することができる自動販売
装置を提供するにある。
（問題点を解決するための手段） この発明は上記問題点を解決するために、複数種類の商
品の中から少なくとも１つの商品を選択させ販売駆動装
置を駆動させてその商品を販売する自動販売装置におい
て、 予め定めた順序の選別ステップに従って複数種類の商品
の中から少なくとも１つの商品を選択させる際の各選別
ステップ毎の選別指示データを記憶した記憶手段と、前
記記憶手段に記憶した前記各選別ステップにおける選別
指示データに基づいてその選別内容を表示する表示手段
と、各選別ステップにおいて前記表示手段に表示された
内容のイ １つを選別する選別キーと、選別ステップを予め定めら
れた次の選別ステップに進める確認キーと、選別ステッ
プを１つ前に行なわれた選別ステップに戻す戻しキーと
、確認キーに応答して次の選別ステップを記憶手段から
読み出し前記表示手段に表示させるとともに、戻しキー
に応答して１つ前の選別ステップを記憶手段から読み出
し前記表示手段に表示させる表示制御手段と、確認キー
、戻しキー及び選別キーの操作に基づいて少なくとも１
つの商品を選択した後、その商品の金額を前記表示手段
に表示するとともに、投入金銭を検出するための金銭検
出手段の検出動作を可能にする制御手段と、金銭検出手
段が前記金額を検出したとき、前記販売駆動装置を駆動
させる駆動制御手段とからなる自動販売装置をその要旨
とするものである。
（作用） 金銭投入の前に、選別キー及び確認キーで商品選定を行
なうことができ、しかも、戻しキーを操作することによ
って、先に行なった選別の訂正が可能となる。そして、
商品を選択した後、制御手段は金銭検出手段を検出動作
可能な状態にして料金の投入を待つ。所定の料金が投入
されたとき、駆動制御手段は販売駆動装置を駆動させて
商品を販売する。
（実施例） 以下この発明をソフトウェア販売装置に具体化した一実
施例を図面に従って説明する。
第１図はソフトウェア販売装置（以下、単に販売装置と
いう）１を示し、その正面に表示手段としてのＣＲＴ２
が設けられている。ＣＲＴ２の左側には同販売装置１の
作動を開始させるためのスタートキー３及び操作中にト
ラブルが生じて店員を呼ぶ時に使用する呼び出しキー４
が設けられている。
一方、ＣＲＴ２の右側１にはＣＲＴ２に表示される商品
を選択する際の各選別ステップにおける選別のための表
示内容を次の選別ステップの選別のための表示内容に進
める確認キー５及び反対に選別ステップの表示内容を１
つ前に行なわれた選別ステップの表示内容に戻す戻しキ
ー〇が設けられている。これらキー５．６の右側にはＣ
ＲＴ’２に表示される各選別ステップにおける選別のた
めの表示内容の中から所望の１つを選択するためにＣＲ
Ｔ２上に表示されたカーソル７ａを移動可能な選別キー
としてのカーソル移動キー７が設けられ、そのカーソル
移動キー７の上側には釣銭取出口８が設けられている。
又、ＣＲＴ２の上方には販売駆動装置としてのカセット
テープ録音装置（以下、単にＣＴレコーダという）１０
及びフロッピーディスク装置（以下、単にＦＤ装置とい
う）１１が設けられ、購入者が適宜いずれか一方を選択
してセットしたカセットテープ若しくはフロッピーにソ
フトを書き込むようになっている。
前記呼び出しキー４の上方には印字用紙挿入口１２及び
カード挿入口１３が設けられ、印字用紙挿入口１２には
購入したソフトの簡単な使用説明を印字させるための用
紙が挿入されるとともに、カード挿入口１３には金銭の
代りにクレジットカードでソフトを購入する際にそのカ
ードが挿入される。
前記釣銭取出口８の上方にはソフトを購入する際の紙幣
挿入口１４及び硬貨挿入口１５が設けられ、その硬貨挿
入口１５の右側には返却レバー１６が設けられている。
次に上記のように構成した販売装置１の電気回路を第２
図に示す電気ブロック回路図に従って説明する。
第２図において表示制御手段、制御手段及び駆動制御手
段としての第１の中央処理装置（以下、単に第１のＣＰ
Ｕという）２１及び第２の中央処理装置（以下、単に第
２のＣＰＵという）２２は互いにデータ転送を行ない書
き込み専用のメモリ（ＲＯＭ）よりなるプログラムメモ
リ２３に記憶した制御プログラムに従って動作するよう
になっている。
第１のＣＰＵ２１は前記各種キー３〜７のオン信号を入
力するとともに、前記紙幣挿入口から挿入される紙幣及
び硬貨挿入口１４．１５から投入される硬貨を検出・す
る料金検出装置２４及びカー　　　Ｉド挿入ロ１３から
挿入されるクレジットカードを検出するカード検出装置
２５からの検出信号を入力するようになっている。そし
て、この料金検出装置２４及びカード検出装置２５は販
売装置１の所定の位置に内蔵されている。
コピー用メモリ２６はこの販売装置１により販売される
販売用ソフト（ゲーム用ンフト、学習用ソフト、ビジネ
ス用ソフト）の全てのプログラム。
データが記憶されている。プリンタ用メモリ２７は前記
全てのソフトの使用説明を印字用紙に印字させるための
データが記憶されている。
記憶手段としての表示用メモリ２８は予め定めた順序の
選別・ステップに従って行なわれる前記販売用ソフトの
中から１つのソフトを選択させる際の各選別ステップに
おける内容を表示するための選別指示データが各ステッ
プ毎に記憶されている。
そして、これらコピー用メモリ２６、プリンタ用メモリ
２７及び表示用メモリ２８はハードディスクにより構成
されている。
各選別ステップの内容は本実施例では大きく分けて、機
種選定ステップ、選定機種用ソフト選定ステップ、選定
ソフト確認ステップからなる。そして、機種選定ステッ
プは第４図に示すように販売されるソフトに合うマイコ
ンの機種名を表示し購入者にその中の対応する機種を選
定させる内容のステップであって、その選別指示データ
が表示用メモリ２８に記憶されている。選定機種用ソフ
ト選定ステップは第５図に示すように前記選定した機種
に使用される複数種類のソフト名及び記録媒体（カセッ
トテープとフロッピー）の別を表示し購入者にその中の
所望するソフトを選定させる内容のステップであって、
その選別指示データが各機種毎に表示用メモリ２８に記
憶されている。
又、選定ソフト確認ステップは第６図に示すように選定
したソフトの内容とその料金を表示して購入者にその選
定したソフトの購入の有無を確認させるためのステップ
であって、そのデータが各ソフト毎に表示用メモリ２８
に記憶されている。
そして、第１のＣＰｔＪ　２１は前記スタートキー３の
オン信号に応答してまず２秒間第３図に示すスタート画
面を表示した後、表示用メモリ２８から機種選定ステッ
プの選別指示データを読み出しＣＲＴ２に第４図に示す
ようにマイコンの機種名及び購入者にその中の対応する
機種を選定させる内容を表示するようになっている。
前記カーソル移動キー７を操作してカーソル７ａを移動
させて所定の機種を選定した後、確認キー５を操作する
と、そのオン信号に応答して第１のＣＰＵ２１は次の選
定機種用ソフト選定ステップの選別指示データ、すなわ
ち、その選定した機種に対応する複数種類のソフトを選
定させるための選別指示データを表示用メモリ２８から
読み出し、ＣＲＴ２に第５図に示すようにその複数種類
のソフト名を表示するようになっている。
力−ンル移動キー７を操作してカーソル７ａを移動させ
て所定のソフトを選定した後、確認キー５を操作すると
、そのオン信号に応答して第１のＣＰＵ２１は次の選定
ソフト確認ステップのデータ、すなわち、その選定した
ソフトの内容及び料金を表示させるためのデータを前記
表示用メモリ２８から読み出しＣＲＴ２に第６図に示す
ようにそのソフト内容及び料金を表示するようになって
いる。
そして、この状態から確認キー５を操作すると、第１の
ＣＰＵ２１は料金投入を待つ状態になる。
所定の料金が投入されたことを第１のＣＰＵ２１が料金
検出装置２４又はカード検出装置２５からの検出信号に
基づいて判断すると、同ＣＰＬＩ　２１は第２のＣＰ（
Ｊ　２２に指令信号を出力する。第２のＣＰＬＪ　２２
はその選択したソフトのプログラムデータを前記コピー
用メモリ２６から読み出しカセットテープ若しくはフロ
ッピーに書き込むようにＣＴレコーダ１０若しくはＦＤ
装置１１を駆動制御するようになっている。
又、第１のＣＰＵ２１が前記確認キー５の操作を待つ状
態において、戻しキー６が操作されそのオン信号を入力
した時又は各キーが１分間以上操作されなかった時、同
ＣＰｔＪ２１はこのオン信号又は１分間以上操作されな
かったことに基づいて現在ＣＲＴ２に表示されている選
別ステップの１１つ前の選別ステップ、すなわち、現在
行なわれているステップが選定機種用ソフト選定ステッ
プならば機種選定ステップに、又、選定ソフト確認ステ
ップならば選定機種用ソフト選定ステップに移るべく、
表示用メモリ２８から１つ前に読み出した先の選別ステ
ップの選別指示データを読み出す。
そして、この読み出したデータに基づいて第１のＣＰｔ
Ｊ２１はＣＲＴ２にその内容を再び表示させるようにな
っている。
又、第１のＣＰｔＪ　２１が前記確認キー５の操作を待
つ状態において、スタートキー３が操作されそのオン信
号を入力した時、同ＣＰＬＩ　２１はこのオン信号に応
答して直ちに最初の機種選定ステップに移るべく、まず
スタート画面を２秒間表示した後、表示用メモリ２８か
ら機種選定ステップの選別指示データを読み出す。そし
て、この読み出したデータに基づいて第１のＣＰＵ２１
はＣＲＴ２にその内容を再び表示させるようになってい
る。
又、プリンタ２９は販売装置１に内蔵されていて、第１
のＣＰｔＪ　２１に基づいて駆動制御され前記プリンタ
用メモリ２７から読み出したデータに基づいて前記印字
用紙挿入口１２から挿入された印字用紙にそのソフトの
使用説明を印字する。釣銭放出装置３ｏは同じく販売装
置１に内蔵されていて、第１のＣＰＵ２１に基づいて駆
動制御され同第１のＣＰＵが算出したお釣りを前記釣銭
取り出し口８に放出する。
スピーカ３１は販売装置１が設置された店の店員が気付
く位置に設けられ、前記第１のＣＰＵ２１が呼び出しキ
ー４のオン信号に応答してスピーカ駆動装置３２を介し
て駆動するようになっている。
作業用メモリ３３は読み出し及び書き替え可能なメモリ
（ＲＡＭ）であって、第１のＣ’Ｐ　Ｕ　２１の演算判
断結果を一時記憶するようようになっている。
次に上記のように構成した販売装置１の作用について説
明する。
さて、販売装置１のＣＲＴ２にデモ用画面が表示されて
いる状態（ステップ１）で購入者が所望のソフトを購入
すべくスタートキー３を操作すると（ステップ２）、第
１のＣＰＵ２１はこのオン信号に応答して内蔵したタイ
マをスタートさせ（ステップ３）かつ第３図に示すスタ
ート画面を２秒間表示する（ステップ４．５）。２秒間
表示後、第１のＣＰＬＪ２．１は最初に機種選定ステッ
プの選別指示データを表示用メモリ２８から読み出しこ
の読み出したデータに基づいて第４図に示すようにＣＲ
Ｔ２に販売されるソフトに対応する使用可能な各種マイ
コンの機種名を表示するとともに、これと同時にタイマ
をスタートさせる（ステップ６）。
購入者はこの表示を見て実際にソフトを使用する機種と
一致する機種をカーソル移動キー７でカーソル７ａを移
動させて選定する（ステップ７〜１３）。機種の選定が
済み購入者が確認キー５を操作すると（ステップ１２）
、第１のｃｐｕ　２　ｉはこのオン信号に応答して前記
タイマをリセットし再びスタートした後、対応する機種
における選定機種用ソフト選定ステップの選別指示デー
タを表示用メモリ２８から読み出しこの読み出したデー
タに基づいて第５図に示すようにＣＲＴ２にその選定し
た機種に使用可能な各ソフト名及び使用する記録媒体（
カセットテープ及びフロッピー）の別を表示する（ステ
ップ１４）。
購入者はこの表示内容に基づいて希望するソフトと記録
媒体の別をカーソル移動キー７でカーソル７ａを移動さ
せて選定する（ステップ１５〜°２１）。この時、ソフ
トの選定を中止して先に行なった機種選定を再び行ない
たい場合には戻しキー６を操作すると（ステップ１９）
、第１のＣＰＬＪ２１はこのオン信号に応答してまずタ
イマをリセットした後、先に行なった機種選定ステップ
の選別指示データを表示用メモリ２８から読み出しＣＲ
Ｔ２に第４図に示す画面を表示して再び購入者は機種選
定の操作から始めることができる（ステップ６）。
ソフト選定が済み購入者が確認キー５を操作するとくス
テップ２０）、第１のＣＰＬＪ　２１はこのオン信号に
応答して前記タイマをリセットし再び　　１スタートし
た後、選定ソフト確認ステップのデータを表示用メモリ
２８から読み出しこの読み出したデータに基づいて第６
図に示すようにＣＲＴ２にその選定したソフトの内容及
びそのソフトの料金を表示する（ステップ２２）。
この時、前記と同様に先に行なったソフト選定を再び行
ないたい場合には戻しキー６を操作すると（ステップ２
４）、第１のＣＰＵ２１はこのオン信号に応答して先に
行なった選定機種用ソフト選定ステップの選別指示デー
タを表示用メモリ２８から読み出しＣＲＴ２に第５図に
示す画面を表示して再び購入者はソフト選定の操作から
始めることができる（ステップ１４）。又、この時、再
び戻しキー６を操作するとくステップ１９）、第１のＣ
ＰＵ２１はこのオン信号に応答してさらに１つ前の機種
選定ステップの選別指示データを表示用メモリ２８から
読み出しＣＲＴ２に表示することになる（ステップ６）
。従って、購入者は最初の機種選定の操作から始めるこ
とができることになる。
最終のソフト選定が終了し購入者が確認キー５を操作す
ると（ステップ２５）、第１のＣＰＩＪ　２１はこのオ
ン信号に応答してカセットテープ若しくはフロッピーを
ＣＴレコーダ１０若しくはＦＤ装置１１へのセットを待
つとともに金銭投入を待つ（ステップ２７．２８）。そ
して、カセットテープ若しくはフロッピーのＣＴレコー
ダ１０若しくはＦＤ装置１１へのセットが済み金銭の投
入が開始されると、第１のＣＰＵ２１はその投入金額を
料金検出装置２４を介して算出する。
この金銭投入中に戻しキー６が操作されると（ステップ
２７）、第１のＣＰＵ２ｉはこのオン信号に応答してま
ず、金銭が投入されているかどうかをチェック（ステッ
プ２９）し、投入されていると判断したときにはその投
入金額だけ釣銭放出装置３０を駆動して返却した後（ス
テップ３０）、タイマをリセット（ステップ３１）して
前記初期状態に戻る（ステップ１）。又、まだ金銭が投
入されていなかったと判断したときには直ちにタイマを
リセット（ステップ３１）して前記初期状態に戻るよう
になっている（ステップ１）。
ソフトの所定の料金が投入されたことを判断すると（ス
テップ２８）、第１のＣＰＵ２１は第２のＣＰＬＩ２２
に書き込み指令信号を出力する。第２のＣＰＵ２２はこ
の信号に応答して前記選定したソフトのプログラムデー
タをコピー用メモリ２６から読み出すとともに、前記選
定した記録媒体の別に基づいてＣＴレコーダ１０若しく
はＦＤ装置１１を駆動させてその読み出したプログラム
データをカセットテープ若しくはフロッピーに書き込む
（ステップ３２）。
書き込みが終了したとき、印字用紙を印字用紙挿入口１
２に挿入すると、第１のＣＰＬＩ　２１は前記選定した
ソフトの使用説明のデータを一プリンタ用メモリ２７か
ら読み出しプリンタ２９を駆動させてその読み出した使
用説明データを印字用紙に印字し購入者に送り出す（ス
テップ３３）し、ソフトの販売を終了する。
なお、前記確認キー５を持つ状態において（ステップ１
２．２０．２５）、キー操作が１分間以上行なわれなか
った時、すなわち、前記タイマが１分間経過した時（ス
テップ１３．２１．２６）、第１のＣＰＵ２１はそれぞ
れタイマをリセットした後の１つ前の選別ステップに戻
るようになっている（ステップ１，６．１４）。
又、前記確認キー５を待つ状態において（ステップ１２
．２０．２５）、スタートキー３が操作された時（ステ
ップ１１，１８．２３）、第１のＣＰＵ２１はそれぞれ
タイマをリセットした後（ステップ３１）の前記初期状
態に戻るようになっている（ステップ１）。
このように、本実施例では料金を投入する前にソフトを
選択することができるので、投入した料金の範囲内のソ
フトしか選択できないという選択範囲が限定されるとい
う問題が全くない。しかも、所定のソフトを選択するに
際して順次行なわれる各選別ステップは戻しキー６を操
作することで自由に前の選別ステップに移り選別し直す
ことができるため、購入者は選定ミスによる不要なソフ
トの購入を強いられることがない。　　　　　　　　　
　ｊなお、この発明は前記実施例に限定されるものでは
なく、要は商品選択が料金投入より前に行なわれかつそ
の商品選択が自由に変更できる販売装置又は販売機であ
ればよい。
（発明の効果） 以上詳述したように、この発明によれば購入者に広い範
囲でかつ自由に商品選択を行なわせることができるとと
もに、スピーディ−に目的の商品を選択し購入すること
ができる優れた効果を有する。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 複数種類の商品の中から少なくとも１つの商品を選択さ
    せ販売駆動装置（１０、１１）を駆動させてその商品を
    販売する自動販売装置において、予め定めた順序の選別
    ステップに従って複数種類の商品の中から少なくとも１
    つの商品を選択させる際の各選別ステップ毎の選別指示
    データを記憶した記憶手段（２８）と、 前記記憶手段（２８）に記憶した前記各選別ステップに
    おける選別指示データに基づいてその選別内容を表示す
    る表示手段（２）と、 各選別ステップにおいて前記表示手段（２）に表示され
    た内容の１つを選別する選別キー（７）と、 選別ステップを予め定められた次の選別ステップに進め
    る確認キー（５）と、 選別ステップを１つ前に行なわれた選別ステップに戻す
    戻しキー（６）と、 確認キー（５）に応答して次の選別ステップを記憶手段
