Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この発明は自動販売装置に関するものである。
（従来技術） 複数種類の商品の中から１つの商品を選択させ
販売駆動装置を駆動させてその商品を販売する自
動販売機はまず所定の金額を投入した後、商品を
選択しその選択した商品を受け取るようになつて
いた。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） ところが、前記自動販売機においては、選択し
た商品を変更して新たに商品を見て再び選択し直
すことはできず、購入者は不要な商品の購入を強
いられるといつた問題があつた。又、選択し直す
ことはできる場合は金銭返却レバーを操作して金
銭を返却してもらつた後、再び金銭を投入して一
から始めなければならずはなはだ面倒であつた。
（発明の目的） この発明は上記問題点を解決するために、商品
の選択変更を自由に行なえるようにして、購入者
に広い範囲で自由に商品選択を行わせることがで
きるとともに、スピーデイに目的の商品を選択し
て購入することができる自動販売装置を提供する
にある。
（問題点を解決するための手段） この発明は上記問題点を解決するために、複数
種類の商品の中から少なくとも１つの商品を選択
させ販売駆動装置を駆動させてその商品を販売す
る自動販売装置において、 予め定められた複数の選別ステツプを経て複数
種類の商品の中から少なくとも１つの商品を選択
する際の各選別ステツプ毎の選別指示データを記
憶した記憶手段と、前記記憶手段に記憶した前記
各選別ステツプにおける選別指示データに基づい
てその選別内容を表示する表示手段と、各選別ス
テツプにおいて前記表示手段に表示された内容の
１つを選別する選別キーと、選別ステツプを予め
定められた次の選別ステツプに進める確認キー
と、選別ステツプを１つ前に行なわれた選別ステ
ツプに戻す戻しキーと、確認キーに応答して次の
選別ステツプの選別指示データを記憶手段から読
み出し前記表示手段に表示させるとともに、戻し
キーに応答して１つ前の選別ステツプの選別指示
データを記憶手段から読み出し前記表示手段に表
示させ、更に、確認キー、戻しキー及び選別キー
等の操作に基づいて少なくとも１つの商品を選択
したとき、その商品の内容及び金額を前記表示手
段に表示させる表示制御手段と、前記表示手段に
表示された前記選択済の商品の購入を確定するた
めの確定手段と、前記確定手段により商品の購入
を確定した後に、投入金銭を検出する金銭検出手
段が前記金額を検出したとき、前記販売駆動装置
を駆動させる駆動制御手段とからなる自動販売装
置をその要旨とするものである。
（作用） 選別キー及び確認キーで商品選定を行なうこと
ができ、しかも、戻しキーを操作することによつ
て、先に行なつた選別の訂正が可能となる。そし
て、表示手段には、選択された商品の内容及び金
額が表示され、確定手段により選択済の商品の購
入を確定した後、金銭検出手段が前記料金を検出
すると、駆動制御手段は販売駆動装置を駆動させ
て商品を販売する。
（実施例） 以下この発明をソフトウエア販売装置に具体化
した一実施例を図面に従つて説明する。
第１図はソフトウエア販売装置（以下、単に販
売装置という）１を示し、その正面に表示手段と
してのCRT２が設けられている。CRT２の左側
には同販売装置１の作動を開始させるためのスタ
ートキー３及び操作中にトラブルが生じて店員を
呼ぶ時に使用する呼び出しキー４が設けられてい
る。
一方、CRT２の右側にはCRT２に表示される
商品を選択する際の各選別ステツプにおける選別
のための表示内容を次の選別ステツプの選別のた
めの表示内容に進める確認キー５及び反対に選別
ステツプの表示内容を１つ前に行なわれた選別ス
テツプの表示内容に戻す戻しキー６及び中止キー
４０（第２図に図示）が設けられている。これら
キー５，６の右側にはCRT２に表示される各選
別ステツプにおける選別のための表示内容の中か
ら所望の１つを選択するためにCRT２上に表示
されたカーソル７ａを移動可能な選別キーとして
のカーソル移動キー７が設けられ、そのカーソル
移動キー７の上側には釣銭取出口８が設けられて
いる。
又、CRT２の上方には販売駆動装置としての
カセツトテープ録音装置（以下、単にCTレコー
ダという）１０及びフロツピーデイスク装置（以
下、単にFD装置という）１１が設けられ、購入
者が適宜いずれか一方を選択してセツトしたカセ
ツトテープ若しくはフロツピーにソフトを書き込
むようになつている。
前記呼び出しキー４の上方には印字用紙挿入口
１２及びカード挿入口１３が設けられ、印字用紙
挿入口１２には購入したソフトの簡単な使用説明
を印字させるための用紙が挿入されるとともに、
カード挿入口１３には金銭の代わりにクレジツト
カードでソフトを購入する際にそのカードが挿入
される。
前記釣銭取出口８の上方にはソフトを購入する
際の紙幣挿入口１４及び硬貨挿入口１５が設けら
れ、その硬貨挿入口１５の右側には返却レバー１
６が設けられている。
次に上記のように構成した販売装置１の電気回
路を第２図に示す電気ブロツク回路図に従つて説
明する。
第２図において表示制御手段、制御手段及び駆
動制御手段としての第１の中央処理装置（以下、
単に第１のCPUという）２１及び第２の中央処
理装置（以下、単に第２のCPUという）２２は
互いにデータ転送を行ない書き込み専用のメモリ
（ROM）よりなるプログラムメモリ２３に記憶
した制御プログラムに従つて動作するようになつ
ている。
第１のCPU２１は前記各種キー３〜７，４０
のオン信号を入力するとともに、前記紙幣挿入口
から挿入される紙幣及び硬貨挿入口１４，１５か
ら投入される硬貨を検出する料金検出装置２４及
びカード挿入口１３から挿入されるクレジツトカ
ードを検出するカード検出装置２５からの検出信
号を入力するようになつている。そして、この料
金検出装置２４及びカー検出装置２５は販売装置
１の所定の位置に内蔵されている。
コピー用メモリ２６はこの販売装置１により販
売される販売用ソフト（ゲーム用ソフト、学習用
ソフト、ビジネス用ソフト）の全てのプログラム
データが記憶されている。プリンタ用メモリ２７
は前記全てのソフトの使用説明を印字用紙に印字
させるためのデータが記憶されている。
記憶手段としての表示用メモリ２８は予め定め
た順序の選別ステツプに従つて行なわれる前記販
売用ソフトの中から１つのソフトを選択させる際
の各選別ステツプにおける内容を表示するための
選別指示データが各ステツプ毎に記憶されてい
る。そして、これらコピー用メモリ２６，プリン
タ用メモリ２７及び表示用メモリ２８はハードデ
イスクにより構成されている。
各選別ステツプの内容は本実施例では大きく分
けて、機種選定ステツプ、選定機種用ソフト選定
ステツプ、選定ソフト確認ステツプからなる。そ
して、機種設定ステツプは第４図に示すように販
売されるソフトに合うマイコンの機種名を表示し
購入者にその中の対応する機種を選定させる内容
のステツプであつて、その選別指示データが表示
用メモリ２８に記憶されている。選定機種用ソフ
ト選定ステツプは第５図に示すように前記選定し
た機種に使用される複数種類のソフト名及び記録
媒体（カセツトテープとフロツピー）の別を表示
し購入者にその中の所望するソフトを選定させる
内容のステツプであつて、その選別指示データが
各機種毎に表示用メモリ２８に記憶されている。
又、選定ソフト確認ステツプは第６図に示すよ
うに選定したソフトの内容とその料金を表示して
購入者にその選定したソフトの購入の有無を確認
させるためのステツプであつて、そのデータが各
ソフト毎に表示用メモリ２８に記憶されている。
そして、第１のCPU２１は前記スタートキー
３のオン信号に応答してまず２秒間第３図に示す
スタート画面を表示した後、表示用メモリ２８か
ら機種選定ステツプの選別指示データを読み出し
CRT２に第４図に示すようにマイコンの機種名
及び購入者にそのなかの対応する機種を選定させ
る内容を表示するようになつている。
前記カーソル移動キー７を操作してカーソル７
ａを移動させて所定の機種を選定した後、確認キ
ー５を操作すると、そのオン信号に応答して第１
のCPU２１は次の選定機種用ソフト選定ステツ
プの選別指示データ、すなわち、その選定した機
種に対応する複数種類のソフトを選定させるため
の選別指示データを表示用メモリ２８から読み出
し、CRT２に第５図に示すようにその複数種類
のソフト名を表示するようになつている。
カーソル移動キー７を操作してカーソル７ａを
移動させて所定のソフトを選定した後、確認キー
５を操作すると、そのオン信号に応答して第１の
CPU２１は次の選定ソフト確認ステツプのデー
タ、すなわち、その選定したソフトの内容及び料
金を表示させるためのデータを前記表示用メモリ
２８から読み出し、CRT２に第６図に示すよう
にそのソフト内容及び料金を表示するようになつ
ている。
そして、この状態から確認キー５を操作する
と、第１のCPU２１は料金投入を待つ状態にな
る。所定の料金が投入されたことを第１のCPU
２１が料金検出装置２４又はカード検出装置２５
からの検出信号に基づいて判断すると、同CPU
２１は第２のCPU２２に指令信号を出力する。
第２のCPU２２はその選択したソフトのプログ
ラムデータを前記コピー用メモリ２６から読み出
しカセツトテープ若しくはフロツピーに書き込む
ようにCTレコーダ１０若しくはFD装置１１を駆
動制御するようになつている。
又、第１のCPU２１が前記確認キー５の操作
を待つ状態において、戻しキー６が操作されその
オン信号を入力した時又は各キーが１分間以上操
作されなかつた時、同CPU２１はこのオン信号
又は１分間以上操作されなかつたことに基づいて
現在CRT２に表示されている選別ステツプの１
つ前の選別ステツプ、すなわち、現在行われてい
るステツプが選定機種用ソフト選定ステツプなら
ば機種選定ステツプに、又、選定ソフト確認ステ
ツプならば選定機種用ソフト選定ステツプに移る
べく、表示用メモリ２８から１つ前に読み出した
先の選別ステツプの選別指示データを読み出す。
そして、この読み出したデータに基づいて第１の
CPU２１はCRT２にその内容を再び表示させる
ようになつている。
又、第１のCPU２１が前記確認キー５の操作
を待つ状態において、スタートキー３が操作され
そのオン信号を入力した時、同CPU２１はこの
オン信号に応答して直ちに最初の機種選定ステツ
プに移るべく、まずスタート画面を２秒間表示し
た後、表示用メモリ２８から機種選定ステツプの
選別指示データを読み出す。そして、この読み出
したデータに基づいて第１のCPU２１はCRT２
にその内容を再び表示させるようになつている。
又、プリンタ２９は販売装置１に内蔵されてい
て、第１のCPU２１に基づいて駆動制御され前
記プリンタ用メモリ２７から読み出したデータに
基づいて前記印字用紙挿入口１２から挿入された
印字用紙にそのソフトの使用説明を印字する。釣
銭放出装置３０は同じく販売装置１に内蔵されて
いて、第１のCPU２１に基づいて駆動制御され
同第１のCPUが算出したお釣りを前記釣銭取り
出し口８に放出する。
スピーカ３１は販売装置１が設置された店の店
員が気付く位置に設けられ、前記第１のCPU２
１が呼び出しキー４のオン信号に応答してスピー
カ駆動装置３２を介して駆動するようになつてい
る。
作業用メモリ３３は読み出し及び書き替え可能
なメモリ（RAM）であつて、第１のCPU２１の
演算判断結果を一時記憶するようになつている。
次に上記のように構成した販売装置１の作用に
ついて説明する。
さて、販売装置１のCRT２にデモ用画面が表
示されている状態（ステツプ１）で購入者が所望
のソフトを購入すべくスタートキー３を操作する
と（ステツプ２）、第１のCPU２１はこのオン信
号に応答して内蔵したタイマをスタートさせ（ス
テツプ３）かつ第３図に示すスタート画面を２秒
間表示する（ステツプ４，５）。２秒間表示後、
第１のCPU２１は最初に機種選定ステツプの選
別指示データを表示用メモリ２８から読み出しこ
の読み出したデータに基づいて第４図に示すよう
にCRT２に販売されるソフトに対応する使用可
能な各種マイコンの機種名を表示するとともに、
これと同時にタイマをスタートさせる（ステツプ
６）。
購入者はこの表示を見て実際にソフトを使用す
る機種と一致する機種をカーソル移動キー７でカ
ーソル７ａを移動させて選定する（ステツプ７〜
13）。機種の選定が済み購入者は確認キー５を操
作すると（ステツプ12）第１のCPU２１はこの
オン信号に応答して前記タイマをリセツトし再び
スタートした後、対応する機種における選定機種
用ソフト選定ステツプの選別指示データを表示用
メモリ２８から読み出しこの読み出したデータに
基づいて第５図に示すようにCRT２にその選定
した機種に使用可能な各ソフト名及び使用する記
録媒体（カセツトテープ及びフロツピー）の別を
表示する（ステツプ14）。
購入者はこの表示内容に基づいて希望するソフ
トと記録媒体の別をカーソル移動キー７でカーソ
ル７ａを移動させて選定する（ステツプ15〜21）。
このとき、ソフトの選定を中止して先に行なつた
機種選定を再び行ないたい場合には戻しキー６を
操作すると（ステツプ19）、第１のCPU２１はこ
のオン信号に応答してまずタイマをリセツトした
後、先に行なつた機種選定ステツプの選別指示デ
ータを表示用メモリ２８から読み出しCRT２に
第４図に示す画面を表示して再び購入者は機種選
定の操作から始めることができる（ステツプ６）。
ソフト選定済み購入者が確認キー５を操作する
と（ステツプ20）、第１のCPU２１はこのオン信
号に応答して前記タイマをリセツトし再びスター
トした後、選定ソフト確認ステツプのデータを表
示用メモリ２８から読み出しこの読み出しデータ
に基づいて第６図に示すようにCRT２にその選
定したソフトの内容及びそのソフトの料金を表示
する（ステツプ22）。
この時、前記と同様に先に行なつたソフト選定
を再び行ないたい場合には戻しキー６を操作する
と（ステツプ24）、第１のCPU２１はこのオン信
号に応答して先に行なつた選定機種用ソフト選定
ステツプの選別指示データを表示用メモリ２８か
ら読み出しCRT２に第５図に示す画面を表示し
て再び購入者はソフト選定の操作から始めること
ができる（ステツプ14）、又、この時、再び戻し
キー６を操作すると（ステツプ19）、第１のCPU
２１はこのオン信号に応答してさらに１つ前の機
種選定ステツプの選別指示データを表示用メモリ
２８から読み出しCRT２に表示することになる
（ステツプ６）。従つて、購入者は最初の機種選定
の操作から始めることができることになる。
最終のソフト選定が終了し購入者が確認キー５
を操作すると（ステツプ25）第１のCPU２１は
このオン信号に応答してカセツトテープ若しくは
フロツピーをCTレコーダ１０若しくはFD装置１
１へのセツトを待つとともに金銭投入を待つ（ス
テツプ27、28）。そして、カセツトテープ若しく
はフロツピーのCTレコーダ１０若しくはFD装置
１１へのセツトが済み金銭の投入が開始される
と、第１のCPU２１はその投入金額を料金検出
装置２４を介して算出する。
この金銭投入中に中止キー４０が操作されると
（ステツプ27）、第１のCPU２１はこのオン信号
に応答してまず、金銭が投入されているかどうか
をチエツク（ステツプ29）し、投入されていると
判断したときにはその投入金額だけ釣銭放出装置
３０を駆動して返却した後（ステツプ30）、タイ
マをリセツト（ステツプ31）して前記初期状態に
戻る（ステツプ１）。又は、まだ金銭が投入され
ていなかつたと判断したときには直ちにタイマを
リセツト（ステツプ31）して前記初期状態に戻る
ようになつている（ステツプ１）。
ソフトの所定の料金が投入されたことを判断す
ると（ステツプ28）、第１のCPU２１は第２の
CPU２２に書き込み指令信号を出力する。第２
のCPU２２はこの信号に応答して前記選定した
ソフトのプログラムデータをコピー用メモリ２６
から読み出すとともに、前記選定した記録媒体の
別に基づいてCTレコーダ１０若しくはFD装置１
１を駆動させてその読み出したプログラムデータ
をカセツトテープ若しくはフロツピーに書き込む
（ステツプ32）。
書き込みが終了したとき、印字用紙を印字用紙
挿入口２１に挿入すると、第１のCPU２１は前
記選定したソフトの使用説明のデータをプリンタ
用メモリ２７から読み出しプリンタ２９を駆動さ
せてその読み出した使用説明データ印字用紙に印
字し購入者に送り出し（ステツプ33）、ソフトの
販売を終了する。
なお、前記確認キー５を待つ状態において、
（ステツプ12、20、25）、キー操作が１分間以上行
われなかつた時、すなわち前記タイマが１分間経
過した時（ステツプ13、21、26）、第１のCPU２
１はそれぞれタイマをリセツトした後の１つ前の
選別ステツプに戻るようになつている（ステツプ
１、６、14）。
又、前記確認キー５を待つ状態において（ステ
ツプ12、20、25）、スタートキー３が操作された
時（ステツプ11、18、23）、第１のCPU２１はそ
れぞれタイマをリセツトした後（ステツプ31）の
前記初期状態に戻るようになつている（ステツプ
１）。
このように、本実施例では料金を投入する前に
ソフトを選択することができるので、投入した料
金の範囲内のソフトしか選択できないという選択
範囲が限定されるという問題が全くない。しか
も、所定のソフトを選択するに際して順次行なわ
れる各選別ステツプは戻しキー６を操作すること
で自由に前の選別ステツプに移り選別し直すこと
ができるため、購入者は選定ミスによる不要なソ
フトの購入を強いられることがない。
なお、この発明は前記実施例に限定されるもので
はなく、要は商品選択が料金投入より前 に行わ
れかつその商品選択が自由に変更できる販売装置
又は販売機であればよい。
（発明の効果） 以上詳述したように、この発明によれば、予め
定められた複数の選別ステツプを経て複数種類の
商品の中から少なくとも１つの商品を選択するよ
うに構成されたものにおいても、戻しキーを操作
することにより１つ前の選別ステツプに戻ること
ができるようにするとともに、表示手段には、確
認キー、戻しキー及び選別キー等の操作により選
択された商品の内容及び金額を表示させたので、
購入者に広い範囲でかつ自由に商品選択を行わせ
ることができるとともに、スピーデイーに目的の
商品を選択し購入させることができる優れた効果
を有する。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 複数種類の商品の中から少なくとも１つの商
    品を選択させ販売駆動装置１０，１１を駆動させ
    てその商品を販売する自動販売装置において、 予め定められた複数の選別ステツプを経て複数
    種類の商品の中から少なくとも１つの商品を選択
    する際の各選別ステツプ毎の選別指示データを記
    憶した記憶手段２８と、 前記記憶手段２８に記憶した前記各選別ステツ
    プにおける選別指示データに基づいてその選別内
    容を表示する表示手段２と、 各選別ステツプにおいて前記表示手段２に表示
    された内容の１つを選別する選別キー７と、 選別ステツプを予め定められた次の選別ステツ
    プに進める確認キー５と、 選別ステツプを１つ前に行われた選別ステツプ
    に戻す戻しキー６と、 確認キー５に応答して次の選別ステツプの選別
    指示データを記憶手段２８から読み出し前記表示
    手段２に表示させるとともに、戻しキー６に応答
    して１つ前の選別ステツプの選別指示データを記
    憶手段２８から読み出し前記表示手段２に表示さ
    せ、更に、確認キー、戻しキー及び選別キー５，
    ６，７等の操作に基づいて少なくとも１つの商品
    を選択したとき、その商品の内容及び金額を前記
    表示手段２に表示させる表示制御手段２１と、 前記表示手段に表示された前記選択済の商品の
    購入を確定するための確定手段５と、 前記確定手段５により商品の購入を確定した後
