散してなるか、あるいは分散媒が液状である場合に得ら
れる分散液を凍結乾燥もしくは噴霧乾燥してなるもので
ある。

リエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル等が例示される。

０１ｉ’ ）に尾静脈投与し、薬物の血中濃度を経時的
に測定した結果、２４１１ｔ）間装ても２ ／（ｙ ７
ｍ６．７ｍ、 ｍ＝て持続した。

００１１ｑ相当量を雄性マウス（７週令、体重２５〜３
０１ｉ’ ）に尾静脈投与し、薬物の血中濃度を経時的

ｍ６．７ｍ、 ｍ＝て持続した。
捷た、上記と同様にして得られた再分散液のうち、平均
粒径が５．６μＴｎのものを雄性マウス（７週令、体重
２５〜３０グ）に尾静脈投与して、薬物の臓器内分布を
経時的に測定した結果、３０分〜２時間で、主として肺
に分布し、肝臓、Ｉｌ’ｌ’臓にも分布が認められた。
粒径が５．６μＴｎのものを雄性マウス（７週令、体重
２５〜３０グ）に尾静脈投与して、薬物の臓器内分布を
経時的に測定した結果、３０分〜２時間で、主として肺
に分布し、肝臓、Ｉｌ’ｌ’臓にも分布が認められた。
他方、平均粒径が２１μ「ｎのものを同様に投与した場
合には、肺への分布が減少し、主として肝臓およびＩｌ
’ｌ’臓に分布した。

牛膵臓インシュリン５ｏｏｏ単位をＯＪ Ｎ塩酸２０８
７４ｍ９に溶解する（Ｗ＋）。これを、大豆レシチン’

侠製剤を得る。平均粒径７０μｍ０ 本市（インシュリンとして１００単位相当量）を雄性ラ
ット（６週令、体重１８０〜２０Ｏｆ）に経口投与し、
鎖骨下静脈より採血して血糖１直を経時的に測定した結
果、投与後４時間に亘って約４０９６の血糖値低下効果
が持続した。

して脂質小胞体製剤を得た。
１８（１１１７，バナセート８１０ １００ｍ９からな
る混合物（Ｌ）中にユビデカレノン１ｏｍｇを溶解する
。これに生理食塩水〔Ｗ１〕を攪拌下に滴下し乳化練合
してＷ，／Ｌを得る。Ｗ，／Ｌに１００倍子のキシレン
を添加するとＶｌ＋，／Ｌの凝集体が解離し分散液の平
均粒径を測定すると０４５μｍであった。これをポリオ
キシエチレン（６０）硬化ヒマシＮｌ（ ０．２ ９６
ｓ−よびマンート／し５ ９６ 含有７Ｊ（ ’ｆ４
Ｈ （ Ｗ２〕Ｋ 添加し、Ｊ’ｆｊ Ｊ”ｔ′分散
して脂質小胞体製剤を得た。
実施例５
牛膵臓インシュリン１０，０００単位を含有する水溶Ｒ
１． （Ｗ＋） ２ ｍｌを大豆レシチン７２０ｍ９、
ソルビタンセヌキオレート１８０ｍｇ、パナセー） ８
１０ １００ ｍ９からなる混合物（Ｌ）中へ攪Ｊ２と
下に滴下し、乳化練合してＷ，／Ｌを得る。得られたＷ
ＶＬを流動パンフィン１８０＋＋＋９、ンルビタンセス
キオレ−１・２２０ｍ９、白色ワセリン２ＬＬＯＯｍ９
、白ロウ２００ｎＱよりなる油性甚剤に加え、攪拌混合
して、インシュリンを含有した脂質小胞体の軟膏剤を得
た。

、白ロウ２００ｎＱよりなる油性甚剤に加え、攪拌混合
して、インシュリンを含有した脂質小胞体の軟膏剤を得

- （１）少なくとも一方に薬物が含有されている水溶液も
しくは水性懸濁液と親油性界面活性剤含有燐脂質とを混
合攪？ｌ’Ｌ、得られる脂軍小胞体を分散媒に分散して
なる薬物含有脂質小胞体製剤。 - （２）少なくとも一方に薬物が含有されている水溶液も
しくは水性懸濁液と親油１ト１：界面活性剤含有燐脂質
とを混合Ｊ＋２打し、得られる脂［は小胞体を液状分散
媒中に分！ｒｋ Ｌ、該分散液を凍結乾燥もしくは噴霧
乾燥してなる薬物含有脂質小胞体製剤。
