Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 板または押出し加工品の形態のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金であっ て、重量パーセントで下記の組成: Mg 5.0−6.0 Mn >0.6−1.2 Zn 0.4−1.5 Zr 0.05−0.25 Cr 0.3最大 Ti 0.2最大 Fe 0.5最大 Si 0.5最大 Cu 0.4最大 Ag 0.4最大 を有していて残りがAlおよび不可避的不純物であるアルミニウム−マグネシウ ム合金。 2. ソフトテンパーおよび加工硬化テンパーから選択されるテンパーを有す る請求の範囲第1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 3. Mg含有量が5.0−5.6重量%の範囲である請求の範囲第1または 2項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 4. Mn含有量が少なくとも0.7重量%である請求の範囲第1から3項い ずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 5. Mn含有量が0.7−0.9重量%の範囲である請求の範囲第4項記載 のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 6. Zn含有量が1.4重量%以下である請求の範囲第1から5項 いずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 7. Zn含有量が0.9重量%以下である請求の範囲第6項記載のアルミニ ウム−マグネシウム合金。 8. Zr含有量が0.10−0.20重量%の範囲である請求の範囲第1か ら7項いずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 9. Mg含有量が5.2−5.6重量%の範囲である請求の範囲第1から8 項いずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 10. Cr含有量が0.15重量%以下である請求の範囲第1から9項いず れか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 11. Ti含有量が0.10重量%以下である請求の範囲第1から10項い ずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 12. Fe含有量が0.2−0.3重量%の範囲である請求の範囲第1から 11項いずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 13. Si含有量が0.1−0.2重量%の範囲である請求の範囲第1から 12項いずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 14. Cu含有量が0.1重量%以下である請求の範囲第1から13項いず れか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネシウム合金。 15. 請求の範囲第1から14項いずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネ シウム合金から作られた板または押出し加工品を溶接したものを少なくとも1種 類含む溶接構造物。 16. 上記板または押出し加工品の溶接部が示す保証強度が少なくとも14 0MPaである請求の範囲第15項記載の溶接構造物。 17. 請求の範囲第1から16項いずれか1項記載のアルミニウム−マグネ シウム合金を80℃以上の操作温度で用いる使用。
