Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(I): [式中、記号及びインデックスは下記の意味を有する: Ar1、Ar2、Ar3は同一又は異なるものであって、1つ以上の架橋炭素原 子によって連結されることもされないことも可能であり、置換されることもされ ないことも可能である単核及び/又は多核及び/又は縮合アリール基及び/又は ヘテロアリール基である; Xは単結合、−O−、−S−、−SO−、−SO2−、NR3、−CR4R5−、 −CO−、−CR6=CR7−、−CR8R9−CR10R11−又は−SiR12R13− である; R1〜R13は同一又は異なるものであって、H、置換されることもされないこ とも可能であり、ヘテロ原子(好ましくはO及び/又はF)を含有することもで きる、炭素数1〜22の炭化水素ラジカル又はAr4であり、この場合にAr4は 、Ar1と同じであるか又はAr1とは異なるものであり、Ar1と同じ意味を有 する; nは1、2又は3である] で示される構造単位を含有するポリマー。 2.式(I)の構造単位から成る、請求項1記載のポリマー。 3.2〜1000個の反復単位を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー。 4.コポリマーの形状である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリマー。 5.式(I)の異なる構造単位を含む、請求項4記載のポリマー。 6.式(I)における記号及びインデックスが下記の意味を有する請求項1 〜5のいずれかに記載のポリマー: Ar1、Ar2は同一又は異なるものであり、好ましくは同一のものであり、 Ar3はAr1、Ar3と同じであるか又はAr1、Ar3とは異なるものであり 、Ar1と同じ意味を有し、それぞれの場合において3個の結合可能な部位の内 の2個のみが結合に関与し、又は (k=1〜20) である; これに関連して、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3は1個以上のラジカルR14によって同 じに又は異なって置換されることができる; X、Zは同一又は異なるものであって、単結合、−O−、−S−、−SO−、 −SO2−、NR3、−CR4R5-、−CO−、−CR6=CR7−、−CR8R9− CR10R11−又は−SiR12R13−である; Yは−O−、−S−又は−NR3−である; R1〜R13はH、炭素数1〜22の直鎖又は分枝鎖アルキル基(1個のCH2基 又は2個の非隣接CH2基は、場合によって−O−、−S−、−CO−、−CO −O−、−O−CO−又は−Si(CH3)2−によって置き換えられる)、炭素 数3〜10のシクロアルキル基又はAr4であり、Ar4は、Ar1〜Ar3と同じ であるか又はAr1〜Ar3とは異なるものであり、Ar1〜Ar3と同じ意味を有 するが、3個の結合可能な部位の1個のみが結合に関与し、R4〜R11はまたF 、CF3、O−CF3又はCNであってもよい; R14は同一又は異なるものであって、H、炭素数1〜22のアルキル基(1個 のCH2基又は2個の非隣接CH2基は、場合によって−O−、−S−、−CO− 、−CO−O−、−O−CO−又は−Si(CH3)2−によって置き換えられる )、−CF3、−Ph、−O−Ph、−S−Ph、−SO−Ph、−SO2−Ph 、F、Cl、Br、I又は−CNである; nは1、2又は3である: 6.式(I)における記号及びインデックスが下記の意味を有する請求項1 〜6のいずれかに記載のポリマー: 基: は下記の基である: Ar3は下記の基である: [式中、m=1・・・・・20、好ましくは1、2又は3] R1、R2はAr3と同一又は異なるものであって、Ar3と同じ意味を有し、ポ リマーに対する2個の結合可能な部位の1個のみが結合に関与し、又は、R1、 R2は であるか、又はH、炭素数1〜12の直鎖又は分枝鎖アルキル基(1個のCH2 基又は2個の非隣接CH2基は、場合によって−O−、−S−、−CO−、−C O−O−、−O−CO−又は−Si(CH3)2−によって置き換えられる)、炭 素数3〜6のシクロアルキル基又は炭素数7〜11のアラルキル基である; R15〜R21は同じに又は異なって、F、Cl、炭素数1〜22の直鎖又は分枝 鎖アルキル又はアルコキシ基である; R18〜R21は水素であることも可能である: 8.Ar1とAr2が同一である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のポリマー 。 9.請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のポリマーの製造方法であって、 式(II): [式中、Ar1、Ar2、R1、R2及びXは式(I)で定義した意味を有する]で 示されるビスアルデヒド又はビスケトンを、式(III): [式中、Ar3は式(I)で定義した意味を有し、ZはC1−C22アルコキシであ る]で示される有機リン化合物と縮合させる方法。 10.エレクトロルミネセンス物質としての、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記 載のポリマーの使用。 11.請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の1種以上のポリマーを含むエレクト ロルミネセンス材料。 12.請求項11で定義されるエレクトロルミネセンス材料の製造方法であ って、 (a)式(III): で示される有機リン化合物を式(II): で示されるビスアルデヒド又はビスケトンと、塩基性縮合剤の存在下で縮合させ て、式(I): [式中、記号及びインデックスは下記の意味を有する: Ar1、Ar2、Ar3は同一又は異なるものであって、1つ以上の架橋炭素原 子によって連結されることもされないことも可能であり、置換されることもされ ないことも可能である単核及び/又は多核及び/又は縮合アリール基及び/又は ヘテロアリール基である; Xは単結合、−O−、−S−、−SO−、−SO2−、NR3、−CR4R5−、 −CO−、−CR6=CR7−、−CR8R9−CR10R11−又は−SiR12R13− である; R1〜R13は同一又は異なるものであって、H、炭素数1〜22の炭化水素ラ ジカル又はAr4であり、この場合にAr4は、Ar1と同じであるか又はAr1と は異なるものであり、Ar1と同じ意味を有する; nは1、2又は3である] で示される構造単位を含有するポリマーを製造する工程と; (b)得られた式(I)構造単位含有ポリマーをフィルムとして、既に他の層 を含有することもしないことも可能である基体に施用する工程と を含む方法。 13.1つ以上の活性層を含むエレクトロルミネセンスデバイスであって、 前記活性層の少なくとも1つが請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の1種以上のポリ マーを含有するデバイス。
