Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ビニル芳香族モノマーの重合導入された単位を有する硬質相を形成するブロ ックA少なくとも1個及びビニル芳香族モノマー並びにジエンの重合導入された 単位を有し、弾性の軟質相を形成するブロックB/A少なくとも1個から成るゴ ム弾性のブロックコポリマーにおいて、ブロックAのガラス転移温度は25℃よ り高く、ブロックB/Aのガラス転移温度は25℃より低く、ブロックAとブロ ックB/Aとの相容量−割合は、全ブロックコポリマーの硬質相分が1〜40容 量%であり、ジエンの重量分が50重量%より低いように選択されていることを 特徴とする、ゴム弾性のブロックコポリマー。 2.ブロックB/Aはビニル芳香族化合物とジエンとのコポリマーから形成され ている、請求の範囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 3.ブロックB/Aは、ビニル芳香族モノマーとジエンとの統計的コポリマーで ある、請求の範囲2に記載のブロックコポリマー。 4.ブロックAのガラス転移温度は50℃より高く、ブロックB/Aのガラス転 移温度は50℃より低い、請求の範囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 5.ビニル芳香族モノマーは、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、ビニルトルエン 及びジフェニルエチレン から選択されており、ジエンはブタジエン及びイソプレンから選択されている、 請求の範囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 6.アニオン重合により、少なくとも軟質相の重合を極性の補助溶剤の存在下に 実施して得られた、請求の範囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 7.1分子当たり異なる分子量を有する複数のブロックB/Aが存在する、請求 の範囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 8.1分子当たり異なる分子量を有する複数のブロックAが存在する、請求の範 囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 9.一般式(1)〜(11): (1) (A−B/A)n; (2) (A−B/A)n−A; (3) B/A−(A−B/A)n; (4) X−[(A−B/A)n]m+1; (5) X−[(B/A−A)n]m+1; (6) X−[(A−B/A)n−A]m+1; (7) X−[(B/A−A)n−B/A]m+1; (8) Y−[(A−B/A)n]m+1; (9) Y−[(B/A−A)n]m+1; (10)Y−[(A−B/A)n−A]m+1; (11)Y−[(B/A−A)n−B/A]m+1 [式中、Aは、ビニル芳香族ブロックを表し、 B/Aは、ジエン単位とビニル芳香族単位とから統計的に構成されたブロックを 表し、xは、n−官能性の開始剤の残基を表し、Yは、m−官能性のカップリン グ剤の残基を表し、m及びnは1〜10の整数を表す]の一つ以上により表示さ れる、請求の範囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー。 10.一般式 A−B/A−A、X−[−B/A−A]2及び Y−[−B/A]2の一つである、請求の範囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー 。 11.その軟質相はブロック: (12)(B/A)1−(B/A)2; (13)(B/A)1−(B/A)2−(B/A)1; (14)(B/A)1−(B/A)2−(B/A)3 [ここで、指数1、2、3・・・は、1個のブロックB/A中のそのビニル芳 香族化合物/ジエン−割合が異なっているか、又は一つのブッロク内で(B/A )1 →(B/A)2 →(B/A)3の範囲内で連続的に変っていることを意味 し、この際、各々の部分ブロックのガラス転移温度Tgは25℃より低い]に分 けられる、請求の範囲1に記載のブロックコポリマー。
