Description
条項1. 一又は複数のソーラーセル及びソーラーセルのための基板から成るソーラーセルアレイを備え、基板のエリアは、少なくとも1つの刈り込まれたコーナー部を有するソーラーセルのうちの少なくとも1つが基板に取り付けられるときに、露出したままであり、露出したままである基板のエリアが、一又は複数のコーナー導体を含み、ソーラーセルとコーナー導体との間の一又は複数の電気的接続が、ソーラーセルのうちの少なくとも1つの刈り込まれたコーナー部から生じるコーナー領域で行われる、ソーラーセルパネル。
条項2. 少なくとも1つのソーラーセルは、ソーラーセルのうちの隣接するもののコーナー領域が位置合わせされるように、基板に取り付けられた複数のソーラーセルを備え、これにより基板のエリアを露出し、ソーラーセルの間の電気的接続が、基板の露出したエリアの上又は中に形成されたコーナー導体を使用して、基板の露出したエリアで行われる、条項1に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
条項3. ソーラーセルが、基板に個別に取り付けられる、条項1又は2に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
条項4. ソーラーセルが、セル、相互接続子及びカバーグラス(CIC)ユニットとして基板に取り付けられる、条項1から3の何れか一項に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
条項5. コーナー導体は、ソーラーセルが取り付けられる前に、基板に取り付けられ、プリントされ、又は組み込まれる、条項1から4の何れか一項に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
条項6. 基板が、その表面上、その表面下、又はその表面上及びその表面下の両方に導電経路を含む、条項1から5の何れか一項に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
条項7. 導電経路が、ソーラーセルから電気的に絶縁されている、条項6に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
条項8. ソーラーセルのうちの少なくとも1つとコーナー導体のうちの少なくとも1つとの間の電気的接続のうちの少なくとも1つは、ソーラーセルのうちの少なくとも1つが基板に取り付けられた後に行われる、条項1から7の何れか一項に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
条項9. 一又は複数のソーラーセル及びソーラーセルのための基板から成るソーラーセルアレイを製造することを含み、基板のエリアは、少なくとも1つの刈り込まれたコーナー部を有するソーラーセルのうちの少なくとも1つが基板に取り付けられるときに、露出したままであり、露出したままである基板のエリアが、一又は複数のコーナー導体を含み、ソーラーセルとコーナー導体との間の一又は複数の電気的接続が、ソーラーセルのうちの少なくとも1つの刈り込まれたコーナー部から生じるコーナー領域で行われる、ソーラーセルパネルを製造するための方法。
条項10. 少なくとも1つのソーラーセルは、ソーラーセルのうちの隣接するもののコーナー領域が位置合わせされるように、基板に取り付けられた複数のソーラーセルを備え、これにより基板のエリアを露出し、ソーラーセルの間の電気的接続が、基板の露出したエリアの上又は中に形成されたコーナー導体を使用して、基板の露出したエリアで行われる、条項9に記載の方法。

条項18. 接点が、ソーラーセルの前面上の前面接点を含む、条項17に記載の装置。
条項19. 接点が、ソーラーセルの背面上の背面接点を含む、条項17又は18に記載の装置。
条項20. 接点がコーナー領域内に延在する、条項17から19の何れか一項に記載の装置。
条項21. 少なくとも1つのソーラーセルは、ソーラーセルのうちの隣接するもののコーナー領域が位置合わせされるように、基板に取り付けられた複数のソーラーセルを備え、これにより基板のエリアを露出し、ソーラーセルの間の電気的接続が、基板の露出したエリアの上又は中に形成されたコーナー導体を使用して、基板の露出したエリアで行われる、条項17から20の何れか一項に記載の装置。
条項22. 電気的接続は、ソーラーセルを通る電力の流量を決定する直列接続である、条項21に記載の装置。
条項23. 直列接続が上下方向の直列接続である、条項22に記載の装置。
条項24. 直列接続が左右方向の直列接続である、条項22に記載の装置。
条項25. 一又は複数のバイパスダイオードが、電気的接続のうちの一又は複数での使用のための基板の露出したエリアに加えられる、条項21に記載の装置。
条項26. バイパスダイオードがセルの背面に適用され、バイパスダイオードの相互接続子又は接点がコーナー領域内に延在している、条項17から25の何れか一項に記載の装置。
条項27. 少なくとも1つのソーラーセルを製造すること備え、ソーラーセルが、コーナー領域を画定する少なくとも1つの刈り込まれたコーナー部を有しており、刈り込まれたコーナー部から生じたコーナー領域が、ソーラーセルへの電気的接続を行うための少なくとも1つの接点を含む、方法。
条項28. 接点が、ソーラーセルの前面上の前面接点を含む、条項27に記載の方法。

Claims (12)
- 一又は複数のソーラーセル(14)及び前記ソーラーセルのための基板(12)から成るソーラーセルアレイ(22)
を備え、
前記基板のエリアは、少なくとも1つの刈り込まれたコーナー部(26)を有する前記ソーラーセルのうちの少なくとも1つが前記基板に取り付けられるときに、露出したままであり、
露出したままである前記基板(12)の前記エリアが、一又は複数のコーナー導体(20)を含み、前記コーナー導体(20)は、前記基板(12)に取り付けられているか、プリントされているか、又は組み込まれており、
前記ソーラーセルと前記コーナー導体との間の一又は複数の電気的接続が、前記ソーラーセルのうちの前記少なくとも1つの前記刈り込まれたコーナー部から生じるコーナー領域で行われ、
